Styliani Villa Rethymno stands 7km from the nearest beach, 24 km from the city of Rethymnon, and 68km from the airport of Heraklion. It’s 800 m south of Perama where you can find supermarkets, banks, health centers, bakeries, and anything you might need.
Styliani Villa Rethymno is a split-level house of 120 m2 and it is for 6 guests. Downstairs, as you walk into the villa you will meet the living room consisted of two couches. Behind there is a fully equipped kitchen and the dining room with all the necessary home appliances such as oven, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, a fridge/ freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer, grill/sandwich maker, and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils, and glassware. In the storage rooms, you will also find an iron, ironing board, first aid kit, and sewing box. On the ground floor, there is also a WC with a shower cabin. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms on the first floor, with a double bed and two single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the middle room. A Full Bathroom is shared. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning and a balcony with a spectacular view!
The spacious exterior of this villa does not disappoint in any way, in fact, the exteriors truly enhance this splendid Villa. It provides a private swimming pool of 35sqm and a children’s pool with a jacuzzi and you will be impressed by the flowers, the trees, the sun, and the marvelous view! Perama is a village located 25km from Rethymno town and it is the capital of the Mylopotamos area. To its east, the mountainous village of Perama is embraced by the blue sea of Geropotamos. Perama took its name from the Greek word ‘passage’ since it is a natural passage from and towards the villages of Mylopotamos. There is an old bridge from Perama connecting the settlement of Melidoni with Panormo. Perama was first inhabited 400 years ago but it was burnt by the Turks in 1647. Today in Perama a visitor will find all the amenities. In the center of the village, there are the churches of Agios Georgios and Agios Drakonas which are worth a visit.
