Mirva Villa Rethymno is built in a traditional way using natural Cretan materials like stone, wood, and earth. It consists of 2 bedrooms that accommodate 4 persons, a bathroom, a WC and a spacious open kitchen with living-room. Additional 2 persons can sleep in the living room. Mirva Villa Rethymno has a private pool a separate part in the pool for children and hydro massage. The hot water is supplied by solar panels, the villa is equipped with A/C and you can use free Wi-Fi.
Roumeli area has a lot to offer - you can enjoy the breathtaking nature but taking long walks and visit the local tavern to taste the unforgettable Cretan cuisine. The village has also 2 supermarkets for your convenience. Take a chance and visit also the close-by coastal villages of Panormo and Bali, swim in the crystal clear waters and enjoy the fantastic fish taverns. The beach of Panormo is only 800 meters away and Bali 6 kilometers away. In addition, there are several archaeological sites nearby - Melidoni cave, the ancient village of Eleftherna with its new archaeological museum, and Margarites village where the famous traditional pottery is being made. If you visit us from the end of August until the 15th of September, you have the possibility to see for yourself how the local wine is being made. From the 25th of September until November you can see how we make a strong local spirit called raki in our distillery.
The beach of Roumeli is situated 4 kilometers far from Rethymno towards the East. It is a beautiful sandy beach which due to its location that is open to the North it is affected by the "meltemia" winds. It is a well-organized beach where you can enjoy local recipes in traditional taverns and refreshments in the cafes arranged on the coast. Roumeli is easily accessible by Rethymno with public or private transportation and is an ideal destination for families but not only. Its wide range of entertainment opportunities from golf and water sports to bars and nightclubs will ensure fun for every visitor.

Very warm and gracious hosts. They accommodated our late arrival and were ready if we had any questions. The villa was spotless and lovely. Although we had some difficulty locating the site, it may have been our fault because it was late and the roads were unfamiliar to us. Within an hour, we made many stops and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Their winery recommendation just 5 minutes away was perfect.
The villa was fantastic! The host was excellent as well! When we got there, they already had dinner ready for us, and they even drove to seek us because we got lost!
charming, spotless, nicely furnished, and gorgeous. We had a wonderful time. We appreciate making this a warm and special experience for us, especially the unexpected farm-to-table dinner that was ready for us when we arrived.
Tranquil and truly reminiscent of a home. Very spacious and pleasant. We didn't want to leave this tranquil haven of beauty at all.
