The beach of Roumeli is situated 4 kilometers far from Rethymno towards the East. It is a beautiful sandy beach which due to its location that is open to the North it is affected by the "meltemia" winds. It is a well-organized beach where you can enjoy local recipes in traditional taverns and refreshments in the cafes arranged on the coast. Roumeli is easily accessible by Rethymno with public or private transportation and is an ideal destination for families but not only. Its wide range of entertainment opportunities from golf and water sports to bars and nightclubs will ensure fun for every visitor.

Quiet and peaceful area, a great pool area for young and old. Outdoor grill for the evenings you want to cook yourself. Air conditioning in all rooms. The washing machine is ideal for families with children. Short drive to restaurants and beaches. The host Maria met us with pastries and good drinks when we arrived, she was helpful and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The villa was cleaned every 3 days, very convenient for us. Recommended!
The house is very clean and beautiful, nice pool and garden. The hostess is friendly. On arrival fruit, sweets and wine were waiting for us. also a pack of charcoal, which is very handy for barbecuing.
The host will give you all the information about where you are and what you have very near to the villa. A great plus is that you have a very well organized supermarket at 1 min walk distance from the villa. 5-10 min drive to great and affordable beaches. BBQ was great for us, as we bought fresh fish, and very high quality beef and pork meat from the nearest village - really an amazing experience For us having a car was great as it's kind of in the middle of the island, therefore, we drove left and right on the island to visit it entirely
