The second floor contains the other two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. One bedroom has a single bed and the other two single ones, but the most important feature of the bedrooms is the individual balconies with a view from the private pool and the scenery of the mountains. The outdoor area of the villa has an exceptional design with a lush garden, green grass, and a 30 sqm pool area. The swimming pool is ideal for adults and children as well! There is a barbecue around the pool area for those who love to cook and have lunch. Outdoors: Our gardens are equipped with outdoor furniture in order to give you the opportunity to relax and spend your time under the sun! Also, the villa has fenced spacious parking for more than two cars.
The beach of Roumeli is situated 4 kilometers far from Rethymno towards the East. It is a beautiful sandy beach which due to its location that is open to the North it is affected by the "meltemia" winds. It is a well-organized beach where you can enjoy local recipes in traditional taverns and refreshments in the cafes arranged on the coast. Roumeli is easily accessible by Rethymno with public or private transportation and is an ideal destination for families but not only. Its wide range of entertainment opportunities from golf and water sports to bars and nightclubs will ensure fun for every visitor.

The villa exceeded our expectations, with space for all of us, the kitchen was fully equipped and the terrace and pool were very welcoming. And thanks to te host we didn't miss anything. We asked where we can buy wine glasses, an hour later the host already brought them! Thanks! Just behind the villa you will find a supermarket and 2 large taverns within walking distance.
The pool and sunny courtyard were nice. Lots of sunbeds. Everything was really clean and the apartment was cleaned once again during the week. The small appliances in the kitchen were very nice. There is a convenience store next door. The fruit and drinks on arrival were a nice addition. The host was friendly and helpful.
The house is very nice and everything you need is furnished. A regular cleaning service is provided. Hostess friendliness and helpfulness cannot be beaten. Thank you for your great support and continued accessibility.
