Dimitra Villa Crete is located in Chromonastiri, just 9 km away from Rethymno and its endless sandy beach, by following one of its most scenic drive routes! Right below the Villa there’s a 5X5 football field and Chromonastiri offers a lot of sightseeing spots! Also, many other activities are available at Rethymno and the nearby beaches.
Villa Dimitra’s special features a private swimming pool of 7X4 sq. m. and 1.20 - 1.40 depth, a nice stone paved, chill-out terrace for lazy afternoons, shaded area with BBQ facilities and patio furniture for al fresco dining. The view from the terrace is stunning, reaching until the sea! There’s also a delightful, 680 sq. m. garden with lawn covered areas, flowers and trees and even a playground with a swing set for our younger guests! Sunbathe by the pool, have a refreshing drink, read a book and let the occasional breeze cool your body and soul! Have a home made meal, prepared at the barbecue, dine outdoors and spend some quality time with your loved ones in this wonderful place! Interior: Dimitra Villa Crete, a two-storey, 180 sq. m. villa, features a contemporary, beautifully designed living space. Accommodations comprise four comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The whole Villa is tastefully decorated and designed to satisfy all modern needs.
First Floor: On this level guest can find two double bedrooms, a comfortable living room with a modern fireplace, a dining area offering access to veranda, a fully equipped, wooden covered kitchen with a smaller dining table and one bathroom. The kitchen and one of the bedrooms have direct access to the front terrace where there is a shaded, lawn covered area with patio furniture. From the rear side of the ground floor there is a wonderful veranda! Also, after descending a few steps you have access to the pool terrace and BBQ area!
Second Floor: A few stairs lead to the second floor where the remaining two twin bedrooms with balcony access and beautiful view to the pool and garden are located. Also, another bathroom is located on this floor. All rooms are sunny and airy, creating a pleasant summer atmosphere, that makes you want to stay indoors as long as possible! To make things even better, a 70 sq. m. veranda is located on the first floor, that provides shade and outdoor sitting area. Both verandas overlook the pool and offer an amazing view to Rethymno city and the beautiful Cretan sea!
Chromonastiri is a local community of the prefecture of Rethymno which comprises the settlements of Kapediana, Mili and Prinedes. Chromonastiri has been characterized as a traditional settlement of cultural value and some scattered Venetian architectural elements in the village will enchant its visitors. Chromonastiri has been awarded many times as the cleanest organized traditional settlement.
