Adelianos Kampos is found 6km east of the prefecture of Rethymno, in the county of Adele village, within a very fertile valley. It is a suburb of Rethymno since it has been so developed that it is now embodied in the city. In front of the Adelianos Kampos unfolds the lengthy sandy beach of the bay of Rethymno that extends to the east until Skaleta. In front of Adelianos Kampos, there are plenty of options for food, cafes and entertainment. The beach boasts great touristic infrastructure, particularly known for its water sports facilities and activities. The waters are shallow, thus ideal for families with children. On this beach, Caretta Caretta turtles lay their eggs, so some parts are protected for this reason.

We had a wonderful 5 nights at this property, accompanied by our two teenaged children and my parents who are 79 & 81. It has panoramic views of the sea and surrounding Cretan landscape that are gorgeous, as are the grounds themselves. The house is accessed by an automated gate, so private and secure. The outside amenities are amazing and no detail has been spared, especially for families, as described in the listing. There is an elevator, which we predominantly used for luggage but is handy with older family members as the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There are three bedrooms on the 2nd floor, all with their own en suite bathrooms, two with showers and one with a soaking tub. The top floor is its own suite with the stairs open to below so great if you are traveling with a family but maybe less so if you are four couples. The communication was excellent, with Roy responding to WA messages within moments, regardless of hour and the housekeeper came daily. We loved our stay!
This beautiful residence has every detail thought through in its layout, construction and interior design and decoration. It really is an impresssive property with views of the hill, ocean and coastline. The privacy is second to none. Very convenient to beaches, restuarants and stores. The owners are wonderful people who are there to help with the check-in, answer any questions, provide guidance to the local towns and help with anything else at a minutes notice. In all our times of travel we haven't enjoyed a stay as much as we did at this villa. We look forward to our next trip to Crete!
A luxury house. Everything is of high quality. Beds, sheets, towels, sports equipment, swimming pools, etc. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and the spaces are large and generous. The gardener who leaves the fruits of his labor every day and the maid who performs daily hotel service for you will make your stay unforgettable.
We were awaited with homemade carrot cake, a basket of vegetables from the property's garden (refreshed every morning), Cretan olive oil, honey and wine! The property has a beautiful garden and the outside areas are very well designed to enjoy the sun, the sea view, but also the shade if you wish. The daily cleaning was impeccable! The accommodation is close to the beach (5 minutes by car) Adelianos Kampos, as well as the beautiful town of Rethymno.
We had a fantastic week away, where the whole family felt relaxed and hardly wanted to leave as we had everything we needed on site.
The property is beautifully decorated inside with everything we needed to enjoy a great holiday. The bedrooms were all very comfortable with towels, bathrobes and their own bathrooms. Outside is where the property is even better with a beautiful pool, a shaded dining area, a hot tub, a table tennis table, and an outdoor gas fire, all with the utmost privacy.
The WiFi was so good we had no complaints from our sons all week and the air-conditioning was excellent even though it was nearly 40 some days!
The whole family loved our time here and we will definitely be returning to such a great property in a perfect location.
