The third floor provides an extra level of privacy and exclusivity, with a fully private double bedroom that includes an en-suite bathroom. From here, you can access a terrace with a 360-degree panoramic view, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the striking natural surroundings.
The basement is designed for convenience, with a fully equipped laundry room and a service bedroom for domestic staff. Additionally, the villa features a uniquely designed wine cellar that provides an exclusive experience. The cellar houses vintage cognacs, fine wines, and sixteen wooden barrels. It also includes a dining area for twelve and is meticulously maintained to preserve the ideal conditions for wine storage.
The outdoor areas are nothing short of spectacular. Beautiful gardens are filled with blooming roses, olive trees, and pomegranate trees. The infinity pool and heated hot tub offer mesmerizing views, while the external living area features a waterfall and lemon garden. A fully equipped BBQ area includes a traditional wood oven, a bar with mini-fridges, and a large dining table that can accommodate over twenty guests. All produce on the property is organic, including the villa’s extra virgin olive oil, fine wine, and homemade cheese, with plans to add a farm on-site.
A particularly unique feature of the estate is the traditional church dedicated to Saint John the Russian. This serene space is perfect for spiritual relaxation or hosting weddings, baptisms, and other ceremonies.
