Because of its position (being located on a hillside), the villa offers an incredible view of Souda bay.
The interior design of Villa Niolos 2 is modern and its layout functional, comfortably accommodating 5 guests in its 3 bedrooms and up to 7 people if necessary. Entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find a spacious open plan area which is consisted of the living room and kitchen. The living area features a comfortable corner sofa, coffee table, 55’’ HDTV and an indoor dining area and offers direct access to a veranda equipped with outdoor furniture. Next to it, the kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances to make your self catered holiday as easy as possible and provides a breakfast counter and direct access to a veranda with an outdoor dining area and the gas barbecue grill. The whole room is bright and airy and enjoys beautiful sea views. A bathroom with a shower and a separate storage room with a washing machine can also be found on the same floor.
On the first floor, guests can find two of the bedrooms of Villa Niolos 2, one of which offers a single bed and dressing table, while the other features a king-sized double bed (1,80 X 2,00), which can also be set up as two single beds (0,90 X 2,00) upon request. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and offer access to balconies equipped with patio furniture, enjoying magnificent views of the sea and overlooking the pool. An additional bathroom with a bathtub is also available on this level.
Following the stairs to the second floor, you will reach a beautiful attic that hosts the master bedroom. The room boasts a double bed (1,60 X 2,00), open closet, small refrigerator and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. Large doors and windows exit to a private balcony with a sitting area offering panoramic views of Souda Bay, the sea and the surrounding area and also overlooking the pool.
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of Villa Niolos 2, filled with flowers and palm trees, offers amazing sea views, as well as a variety of facilities which include: - A private, 50 sq. m. swimming pool with a special compartment for children - Fully equipped, gas barbecue facilities - Outdoor dining areas - Lawn covered area by the pool, ideal for the kids to play - Ping pong table - A variety of furnished spots (with sunbeds, umbrellas, shaded outdoor living room and hammocks) for relaxing in the gardens around the villa, the pool terrace, the veranda and the balconies. - The whole outdoor area is fully fenced, offering privacy and safety to our guests - Parking space for 3 cars
Sternes is a settlement located southeast of Akrotiri and in a distance of 15km from the city of Chania. It is built in an altitude of 170m on a plateau with a magnificent view towards Souda Bay. Sternes is a place of great history and around the village, there are catacombs dating back to the early Christian era. In Sternes there are also the caves of Spilia, Marathospilos, and Katevati for exploration and numerous sandy beaches such as Marathi and Loutraki with emerald waters dotted with nice café-bars and excellent fresh fish restaurants along the coast. What impresses the visitors of Sternes today is the great number of churches found in the village, which are 24 in total. The village accommodates the N.A.T.O American base as well.

We have just stayed in the villa for one week in April. It was absolutely fantastic and honestly the best villa experience we have ever had. From the moment we booked the host was so helpful and sent us lots of useful information about the local area. The villa is incredible. So spacious inside and out. Accomodation spans across 3 floors. The facilities were excellent and everything has been thought of. The villa is very secure with security gates. It has the most incredible view. We would recommend renting a car to explore the island. The beach is a 4-minute drive away. Chania is approx 20 mins by car. The airport is 10 minutes away which is very convenient and you do not hear any planes. We would like to say a massive thank you to Stella and her whole family - they are amazingly kind and generous people. We were invited to celebrate Easter with their whole family and enjoyed a deliciously home-cooked meal together. They were extremely accommodating and attentive throughout our stay.

A really beautiful villa with stunning views. It is about 25 minutes from Chania which is one of the most beautiful and atmospheric towns I have visited. It has really lovely shops and restaurants but has retained a lovely laid back vibe
Everything from beginning to end was just perfect. Stella made us feel so welcome from the start and the villa was beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The pool and views across the island are just amazing. The lovely welcome tray of olive oil, home made cookies and wine etc. was a lovely touch, as were Stella’s mid-week spanakopita pies that she left for us. Whether as a couple or for families, hugely recommended and perfect in every way for the ultimate relaxing holiday. Thank you
The villa was beautiful! :) Definitely one of the best villa we have ever been to. The inside was nicely decorated, spaceous and super clean, just like in the pictures. The views were gorgeous, even better than in the pictures! The owner Stella greeted us at the villa and was so nice to us. She helped us a lot and brought us food from the supermarket. She also brought us some home-cooked pastries. The welcome basket had also lots of treats and we enjoyed those for our whole trip.
