This Villa is a beautiful place run by a very gracious, kind and professional family. We stayed for two weeks in August and found the home to be very spacious and comfortable for a family of six. It is a three level home, with lovely outdoor sitting and dining areas, as well as a beautiful swimming pool, which has a gorgeous view of the sea and mountains. House keeping is available daily and done by the sweet and very friendly Vicky, who was there to also give us support and information when needed during our stay. Overall, everyone went above and beyond in making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Since the location is somewhat remote, and we had no car, we relied on public transport, which was great, as well as taxi/driver and a big "THANK YOU" to the most gracious Mr. Giogrgos for driving me to the shops on several occasions. Do not hesitate to select this villa for your next holiday destination stay. If you are after quality accommodation, in a quiet and secluded area, with authentic Greek hospitality, look no further than this Villa. Thank you so much for having us in your beautiful home. 20 minute easy drive from the busy touristy town of Chania - a welcome retreat of calm and quiet! The modern villa has all the amenities you need - wasther/dryer, daily delivery of warm fresh bread, large in and out earring areas, pool, outside loungers, bathroom soaps etc. We spent the week here and could have stayed much longer - that's how much we enjoyed it!
The host was super helpful as was the housekeeper! Their service was impeccable!
No hesitation recommending this to families, couples etc. We didn't have kids but I didn't notice quite a bit of children's play stuff available in the yard!

The modern architecture was spacious with all of the first class/modern amenities. My children really enjoyed the well maintained pool and the lower level game room with Xbox and a large selection of DVD videos. The facilities were pristine and superior in cleanliness. The hospitality of the owners and maid made us feel right at home. The location was only steps away from multiple beautiful beaches. I would rate this as a top rate rental. We will definitely recommend this Villa to our friends.

A very special, beautiful and big Villa, quiet area with a beautiful view! We got everything we needed, even fresh bread every morning, which was nice. Stayed a week 3 couples all three rooms had king sized beds and ensuite. The house was well looked after and very comfortable. We paid to get the hot tub heated and really enjoyed sitting in that.
Garden and pool well maintained. A 2 minute walk to a really good taverna so no designated driver issue. The beach nearby was very nice too, and safe for swimming. The hosts mum cooked us the most delicious custard/cream pie which I must admit was off the scale delicious. There’s daily housekeeping which was a treat so the beds are made, kitchen and bathrooms cleaned, coffee pods replenished, a really nice touch.
No words can adequately express how magnificent this site is. Beautiful Loutraki Beach is only a short distance away. Around the block is a neighborhood tavern serving genuine Cretan cuisine. The place is serene and ideal for family vacations or romantic getaways for two. The greatest caliber of hospitality.

The villa we stayed in was superb, beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. Our hosts George and his wife were charming and most hospitable, providing a welcoming cheese cake and one prior to departure. Vicky who cleaned daily couldn’t have been more helpful. The villa is located in a beautiful garden set in an olive grove and within a couple of hundred metres of a local taverna and a small beach. Other beaches were close by.

One of the best villas I’ve stayed in. The structure itself is much more beautiful than the photos, and all the details have been considered. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. There is even a PlayStation! We will be back for sure.

Beach slopes. There were two nearly identical homes with immaculate landscapes, views of the beach below, and immaculate upkeep. The groundskeeper/owner is gracious and accommodating while still leaving you room to enjoy. Fantastic for families and huge groups. It is 15 minutes drive from the airport and the town!
