The owner was easy to communicate. With and flexible. Everything about the villa was as described and we would return in a heartbeat.
We loved the views, the paddle boarding, swimming from the beach, eating Figs fresh from the tree and having evening drinks on the terrace.
The villa manager was very responsive and helpful, Mr Dimitrios the owner came around with fresh fruit and treats and everyone was incredible kind and genuine. We will be back!
This home in Crete was absolutely perfect for our holiday. It’s spacious, beautifully maintained, and located right by the water with stunning views. We loved having private access to the sea. it was amazing to use the paddle-board and kayak right from the property.
The house had everything we needed and more. It’s very comfortable, with multiple cozy living spaces and a fantastic outdoor BBQ area we used often. The gardens are gorgeous and peaceful, and perfect for a morning stroll or evening relaxation.
The hospitality was outstanding. The owner welcomed us personally with delicious traditional Greek snacks, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Petros, who manages the property, greeted us on arrival and was super helpful throughout our stay. He was always quick to respond and full of great local tips.
Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Crete.

It was perfect for us, a family of 8 (parents and 3 grownup children with their partners). The four en-suite rooms kept everyone equally happy. The pool and the grounds of the property are gorgeous, and the access to sea was just amazing. We used the stand-up paddle board many times, and snorkeled around a lot (more marine life there than other excursions we took!). There was personnel many times keeping up the grounds, and surprisingly we had a house room services twice in the week, changing sheets and towels. The owner came three times and brought us some delicious local food for to try. The house is very well equipped, and everything worked fine. The couple of small glitches we found, solved them immediately. Also, we had a minor medical emergency and the owner helped us through. He even left a welcome basket with lots of food for our check in. So, I’d definitely come back anytime and strongly recommend this house.
Wonderful to walk down through the magnificent gardens to the rocks below and jump into the sea to swim to the other side of the bay. Amazingly well equipped outside kitchen with beautiful views over the bay. A car is necessary as there is no shop within walking distance.
