On balconies overlooking the Aegean, Villa Russelia combines breathtaking sea views along with a view to the beautiful 4000 m² garden with a large, brand new swimming pool, a stylish front garden full of flowers, as well as a back yard with herbs and fruit trees. All these products were cultivated with care and hard work for you to feel free to enjoy the tastes of nature.
The 220 m² villa can easily accommodate 8-10 people, offering three double bedrooms on the upper floor and one double bedroom in the main floor. Each bedroom has been tastefully decorated with high-quality furnishing and mattresses, while all bedrooms share magnificent views of the sea and the garden. Each floor has its own, individually decorated bathroom with a bathtub and modern equipment. Comfort items such as fine linen and high-quality bathroom amenities are offered free of charge.
In the ground floor, two spacious and comfortable open plan living rooms with soft couches and a fireplace invite us to gather and relax together. The decoration combines vintage and modern decoration elements, skillfully blended together. The kitchen and dining area are elegantly separated from the living room by different levels and offer a warm, traditional land house feeling, while equipped with state-of-the-art kitchen facilities. On the kitchen side, a spacious veranda with a big outdoor dining table made of marble offers astonishing views of the sea, the surrounding hills and the garden.
The 4000 m² garden with grass and exotic flowers on the front side along with seasonal fruits and vegetables in the back side offers something for every taste and invites you to explore and enjoy. Relax on the beautiful garden chaises longues by the newly built swimming pool, enjoy a drink under the shade of your favourite tree or take action and water the plants for a truly refreshing summer experience. In the separate BBQ shed, with its grill and traditional wood fire oven, you can organize an unforgettable fiesta around the large handmade wooden dining table with benches. Don’t forget to collect and use some of the freshly cut herbs for your BBQ!
Ideally placed between the traditional village of Kalavarda on one side and the Ancient City of Kameiros on the other side, Villa Russelia is excellently interconnected with the airport and the city of Rhodes, as well as with Lindos on the east side of the island.
Kalavarda is a small picturesque seaside village in Rhodes, Dodecanese, located in an altitude of 40m, approximately 800m from the beach and 28km from Rhodes town. Built next to the ruins of ancient Kameira this constitutes one of its main sights. Also worth visiting are the Butterfly Valley and the church of Profitis Elias. The beach in front of the village boasts crystalline waters and is a combination of sand and pebbles, offering one of the most breathtaking sunsets of the island. If you are a hiking or cycling lover, you will adore the path up to the church of Profitis Elias. This place attracts mostly nature lovers and tourists who want to experience the local character of the island and not the touristic one.

The view from the property is incredible. There is an amazing view of the ocean and it feels like there is nothing around the villa. There is a little beach and a taverna a short walk away.

On the night time you were able to see the stars, no light pollution.
Pool was excellent, brand new pool and location on the courtyard was very good, Direct view from Villa's main patio to the pool.
Very clean house and bedrooms have different beds/mattress, hard- and soft ones..
WiFi and satellite TV.. Good channels available eg Disney Channel, history, Eurosport, etc... You can get wifi also to the outside barbeque patio.
Highly equipped kitchen and high quality equipments eg Siemens and Miele.
We have been visiting in several great Villa's in US, Creece, Portugal, Finland and Spain but Villa Russelia has been the best place.
Can be highly recommended for the family vacations.

Компанией из 8-ми человек отдыхали на вилле с 1 по 15 июля. По прилету в аэропорте взяли в прокат 2 малолитражных автомобиля. Т.к. приехали на виллу около 9 вечера- Мария (хозяйка) приготовила нам отличный ужин из фаршированных овощей, курицы, салата, вина. Мы были приятно удивлены оснащением дома: в нем имеется огромное количество бытовой техники, посуды, моющих средств. В доме имеется две кухни, 4 холодильника, зона для барбекю. Мебель и сантехника в идеальном состоянии- вилла сдаётся с 2015 года. Хозяева предоставляют для каждой спальни несколько комплектов постельного белья, полотенец, которые меняют каждые 5 дней во время уборки дома. Кроме этого в доме имеются пляжные полотенца, пляжные сумки, фены, термосумки, средства для стиральной и посудомоечной машины и много других нужных вещей. Вокруг виллы растут фруктовые деревья, плоды с которых хозяева разрешают срывать. Вилла расположена на холме, спустившись с которого 500 метров попадаешь на маленький пляж, при котором находится ресторан.Лежаки бесплатные. В 5 минутах езды расположен ещё один пляж с рестораном. На всём побережье Эгейского моря практически всегда был освежающий ветерок. Кухня везде практически одинаково вкусная, недорогая. После обеда мы частенько ездили на пляж Тсамбика, расположенный в 30 минутах езды на побережье Средиземного моря. Море там более тёплое, безветренное и идеальный песчаный пляж. На второй неделе нашего прибывания на вилле Мария привезла нам очень вкусный собственноручно испеченный торт. Хозяева-очень гостеприимные, порядочные люди. Проживание на вилле и общение с ними доставило нам огромное удовольствие. Настоятельно рекомендуем эту виллу!!!
