The decoration is simple, practical, and comfortable. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and a double sofa-bed on the ground floor. There is also one bathroom with a shower on each floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bbq utensils outside offer you the opportunity to enjoy outdoor al fresco dinners by the pool, while the large flat-screen tv and the free wifi will keep you busy as you are planning your next venture outdoors.
Outside you will enjoy the charms of the Mediterranean sun, accompanied by the Aegean breeze and a deep sense of privacy and solitude. The choice between the pool or the beach will seem as casual as anything should be on a truly relaxing holiday. Fanes is a village located in the northeast part of the island of Rhodes, west of Soroni. The main village of Fanes is situated around 1 km inland of Rhodes and its natural landscape involves extensive farm fields, near the coast and along the adjacent verdant hills. The place is fantastic if you are looking for tranquility, seclusion and decent comfort right on the seaside, all that for a reasonable price. Full panoramic seaview from the balcony and the summer terrace, No noisy motor boats, only quiet and colorful kites against the blue sky, taking off from a nearby kiteboarding center. A very nice private pool in front of the house, cleaned twice a week. A semi-private natural beach right down the steps and a nice public beach with a couple of bars/restaurants a 5-minute walk by the sea. Unique, eyecatching design of the twin houses gives the guests in both the units enough privacy, the house is well equipped (except as described in the other section), everything new and clean. Both Katerina from Rhodes Holiday Villas and the local staff were very nice and helpful. An excellent vacation and we would be happy to come back if the price/quality ratio remains unchanged.
Warning - not suitable for those who prefer discos/night clubs and other kind of noisy entertainment in a walking/hearing distance :-).
