Aegean Blue Villa is a 300 sq.m house, split into three levels. Each level can be accessed both by the use of the elevator or the marble staircases. There is a fabulous room on the ground floor with a view of the pool area, where guests can enjoy the melody of the classic piano, as well as, the entertainment of the chess table. Everything of Aegean Blue Villa is perfection. The furnishing is both luxurious and modern and the villa is fully equipped to the high standards expected for a premium quality home offering a self-catering holiday.
Aegean Blue Villa accommodates 8 people and is composed of 4 spacious bedrooms, set on the first and second level, all with opulent facilities and air-conditioning, including orthopedic ecologic mattresses and selected pillows. Each room has a private veranda with a panoramic view to the surrounding hills, the city and harbor, as well as, the Aegean Sea. Linen and towels are offered for your convenience.
On the first floor, there is a fabulous master bedroom with a king-size bed (2.00m) and a beautiful en-suite shower room, including two basins. A private walk-in closet room is available with an amazing full-body mirror to complete the ladies outstanding look for their night out. Spacious two twin bedrooms with two single beds in each room (convertible into a King size bed). Note that a kitchenette is available on the same floor, as well as, a bathroom with a corner bathtub and two washbasins.
On the second floor you will find the second master bedroom with a King size bed (1.80m) and en-suite shower room, including a mini-bar to keep at any time cold water and fruits. On the same floor, a laundry room is available, which includes wardrobes and all necessary facilities, such as, washing and dryer machine. This new villa is a treat of senses. The city and the sea view are boundless and can be enjoyed both from within and outside the house. Aegean Blue Villa is the perfect choice for families and groups, who seek a private, restful though exciting stay on the beautiful island of Rhodes.
Koskinou is located between Rhodes town and vibrant Faliraki. It is located 6 kilometers from the capital of the island and it consists of 2 parts, the old village and the newer coastal area. The modern side of Koskinou is more popular for family holidays in Rhodes. You can wander around its labyrinth-like narrow streets and visit its picturesque churches. It is a lively place with numerous cafes and taverns where you can enjoy delicious traditional or international cuisine. The part of the village boasts beautiful narrow streets, white picturesque squares and houses filled with blossomed flowers. Worth visiting is the famous Traditional House. The 13th-century Medieval castle and the chapels built in the 4th century are definitely a must-see of the area.

We rested in the villa in September 2019. The villa is conveniently located, close to the airport and to Rodos. Having a rented car, it is convenient to get to different beautiful beaches. The house is equipped with everything necessary. The villa is very clean, cozy and comfortable. The house has recently been renovated, the bedrooms have new furniture. The kitchen has everything you need and even the owners put a certain amount of food and drinks in the refrigerator, which is very nice for starting a holiday. The villa has a swimming pool with a relaxation area and a barbecue area, where you can enjoy beautiful views and a food. The house has 3 floors, 2 large bathrooms, 2 small bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, laundry room. There are all toiletries (shampoos, soap, etc.). The villa is also equipped with an elevator.
The house is very warm and comfortable, it is not hot when the sun warms, and not cold when it is windy and at night.
The villa is located on a hill and offers very beautiful views of the island and the sea.
