Equipped with 3 double standard double rooms, 1 suite and 1 junior suite on the first floor, and 5 junior suites on the ground floor; this refined location can accommodate small groups of 6 people but can even accommodate over twenty guests. All the rooms of the Villa are served by private bathrooms with showers. Ancient farmhouse from the end of the 19th century, well-kept and elegant with its terracotta floors, its ceilings with exposed wooden beams, its pastel colors on the walls; combines a classic country style with a more modern style. The Villa is managed by 4 sisters who guarantee great attention to customers and infinite attention to detail. Inside you will find rooms with light and colorful veils that descend from a four-poster bed or with a romantic bed on the mezzanine and a beautiful stone fireplace or, again, with walls with decorations that trace the ancient letters and objects of the sixties and Seventy.

The interiors are full of objects capable of capturing even the least attentive eye. The entrance leads to an intimate sitting room with a fireplace, two sofas and satellite TV, while on the opposite side you are welcomed into a large and spacious dining room, with three tables for 20 people, where you can spend moments of tranquility. conviviality and serenity. This room also has an exit to the veranda. Also on the ground floor a new and comfortable kitchen equipped with everything including freezer, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, Italian coffee machine, and dishwasher. A stone staircase, typical of these areas, will allow you to access the first floor and. then, to the sleeping area.

The outdoor spaces are also worth experiencing with a comfortable private swimming pool, 8 meters long and 4 meters wide with a depth varying from 1.20 to 1.80 meters, located on the back, sheltered from the most prying eyes and surrounded by olive trees. At sunset, a patio, with tables, chairs, and deck chairs, and a barbecue area, always present in the garden of over 200 square meters, will give you the necessary space to be in good company. Enjoy the surroundings: the city of Arezzo is less than 30 kilometers away as is Montepulciano. Perugia is about fifty kilometers away, Montalcino less than 70.

About the Location

Italy, Tuscany, Arezzo Area

Arezzo is located in southeastern Tuscany at the crossroads of four valleys: the Val Tiberina, Casentino, Valdarno, and Valdichiana. This place played an important role in the history of Tuscany and has many artifacts to display. The ancient origins of the city are verified by the stone tools and the so-called Man of the Elm who was discovered here, dating back to the Paleolithic era. The original foundation of the city was Etruscan dating back to the 9th century B.C.

Today Arezzo boasts a wide range of sites to see including fortresses, monuments, churches, and museums that will take its visitors back in time. The benchmark of the city is the Church of San Francesco with the incredible Early Renaissance fresco by Piero Della Francesca depicting the Legend of the True Cross. Have an espresso at the impressive Piazza Grande, where they also hold a jousting matching twice a year, and don’t miss the Medicean Fortress. Visit the Cathedral dedicated to San Donato, as well as the Church of San Domenico with the wooden Crucifix by Cimabue.

Arezzo may not be in the first line of options while thinking of traveling to Tuscany yet it is a hidden gem that will provide its guests with an authentic view of a typical city of the region which has managed to maintain its traditions, its architecture, and its charm. It is believed that the Ponte in Mona Lisa's painting depicts that of Arezzo. Conveniently located, Arezzo offers opportunities for exploration in nearby cities such as Cortona, Anghiari, and Poppi.

Tuscany is a place like nowhere else in the world; this is the reason why this region is at the tops bucket lists all over the globe. Amazing landscapes, beautiful hilltop towns and the fantastic capital city of Florence charm everyone who decides to visit it. It is a majestic region with almost half of the artistic heritage of Italy and fantastic landscapes. Due to its mild weather, you could visit Tuscany all year round. It’s a region with exceptional art towns and hilltop villages and with a heritage of a glorious past with unspoiled nature, spectacular sea coast, and beautiful islands. Here you will taste some of the best wine varieties and then you can relax to one of its thermal spas.

The birthplace of the Roman Empire and Renaissance, Italy, showcases many of the world’s greatest artworks, architectural buildings and over the top gastronomical proposals. This is the country where the word “style” expresses the whole nation. Italy has more Unesco World Heritage cultural sites than any other country; among them are Botticelli’s Birth of Venus and Primavera, Michelangelo’s David and Sistine Chapel and da Vinci’s The Last Supper.
