The dwelling has 6 double bedrooms for a total of 12 beds, a large equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave oven, four burners, crockery, dining table and chairs and, together, a large living area, six bathrooms, a furnished outdoor patio, and a private pool with whirlpool.

In the outdoor spaces, instead, you will find an area for eating outdoors, a barbecue area, and a completely fenced plot to entertain even the children but in absolute tranquility. Around you, there will be a world to discover thanks to excursions to the towns of Lajatico, the city where the famous tenor Andrea Bocelli was born, based around a castle of the XXII century, of Volterra, which together with Lucca and Siena represents one of the Tuscan capitals for the beauty of things to see, of Montopoli Valdarno, on top of a tuff hill. Not far away is San Gimignano, a unique place with an almost unchanged appearance over time, and Borgheri, where some of the best Italian wines are produced. If you love silence, this is truly an ideal place.

About the Location

Italy, Tuscany, Pisa

Pisa is located on the western coast of Italy, just 20 minutes from the Ligurian Sea, and is a transportation hub to explore Florence, Livorno, and La Spezia. Though one of the smaller cities in the region of Tuscany, it has historically been one of the most important and influential ones. From the 11th century and onwards Pisa rose to prominence and became one of the major maritime republics of Italy. The city saw great development at the time and investment was poured into the city to improve its infrastructure and build its world-famous monuments present to the day.

Pisa displays a fantastic array of beautiful historical buildings and it boasts over 20 historical churches. Furthermore, Pisa has some world-class museums and beautiful scenery along the banks of the River Arno. Its famous landmark, The Leaning Tower, was an architectural project that went terribly wrong, yet it rose the city to glorious fame!

Education is another important factor that has fueled the local economy since the 1400s, with students from across Italy and beyond studying in its elite university. This endows the center of town with a fresh vibrant cafe and bar scene that exists in harmony with well-maintained Romanesque buildings, Gothic churches, and Renaissance piazzas.

Tuscany is a place like nowhere else in the world; this is the reason why this region is at the tops bucket lists all over the globe. Amazing landscapes, beautiful hilltop towns and the fantastic capital city of Florence charm everyone who decides to visit it. It is a majestic region with almost half of the artistic heritage of Italy and fantastic landscapes. Due to its mild weather, you could visit Tuscany all year round. It’s a region with exceptional art towns and hilltop villages and with a heritage of a glorious past with unspoiled nature, spectacular sea coast, and beautiful islands. Here you will taste some of the best wine varieties and then you can relax to one of its thermal spas.

The birthplace of the Roman Empire and Renaissance, Italy, showcases many of the world’s greatest artworks, architectural buildings and over the top gastronomical proposals. This is the country where the word “style” expresses the whole nation. Italy has more Unesco World Heritage cultural sites than any other country; among them are Botticelli’s Birth of Venus and Primavera, Michelangelo’s David and Sistine Chapel and da Vinci’s The Last Supper.
