REVIEW SCORE

Villa Ginestra is a prestigious structure with pool in the heart of the land of the Etruscans and only a few km from the sea and from famous towns, like Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Volterra, and S. Gimignano. The villa’s panoramic site offers magnificent views from the pool and from the patio.

All the rooms on the ground floor lead into the garden which surrounds the house. There are two private parking areas, two dining areas with large tables, a stone BBQ, a splendid infinity pool: everything, in fact, to enable you to spend relaxed evenings with friends, perhaps with a Florentice steak and sipping a glass of good Tuscan red wine. The strategic position of the villa permits easy access to the local wellness center and natural spas, situated in the Montescudaio DOC area, at the edge of the Terrace of Bibbona and it is only 15 km from the town of Bolgheri and its world-famous vineyards which produce the Supertuscan wines (Sassicaia, Ornellaia, Masseto, etc)

Interiors are extremely well presented in the original Tuscan architecture with arches, vaulted ceilings and colors which render the home warm and welcoming. Comfort, warmth, and simplicity are the guides for a comforting house and a way to return in the evening after a long tourist day and feel spoiled.

About the Location

Italy, Tuscany, Livorno Area

Bibbona is a destination that truly allows you to spend your vacation in close contact with nature, as it is situated in the center of a vast countryside with evocative views of the coast. The traditional Medieval Village of Bibbona is located a few kilometers from the sea, surrounded by the characteristic hillside villages of Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, and Campiglia, and is distinguished by small lanes, steps, and arches that transport us back in time. The community has Etruscan beginnings, as evidenced by the "Capro," an original bronzed figure that became the town's symbol and is now housed at the Archaeological Museum of Firenze.

Marina di Bibbona has become a well-known coastal resort for a calm, pleasant holiday immersed in nature, thanks to the moderate climate, tranquillity, and beauty of the scenery. The Forte di Bibbona, a fort erected in 1785 as a patrol station and defense of the coast against pirate incursions, is also known as Marina del Forte. During the summer, it is partially utilized as an exhibition area for fairs and cultural events. Long beaches lie of an unpolluted sea, some are equipped with bathing resorts and some free. The beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag, a valid certification, ensuring that the water is clean. For those who enjoy water activities and swimming, this is the ideal place.

Tuscany is a place like nowhere else in the world; this is the reason why this region is at the tops bucket lists all over the globe. Amazing landscapes, beautiful hilltop towns and the fantastic capital city of Florence charm everyone who decides to visit it. It is a majestic region with almost half of the artistic heritage of Italy and fantastic landscapes. Due to its mild weather, you could visit Tuscany all year round. It’s a region with exceptional art towns and hilltop villages and with a heritage of a glorious past with unspoiled nature, spectacular sea coast, and beautiful islands. Here you will taste some of the best wine varieties and then you can relax to one of its thermal spas.

The birthplace of the Roman Empire and Renaissance, Italy, showcases many of the world’s greatest artworks, architectural buildings and over the top gastronomical proposals. This is the country where the word “style” expresses the whole nation. Italy has more Unesco World Heritage cultural sites than any other country; among them are Botticelli’s Birth of Venus and Primavera, Michelangelo’s David and Sistine Chapel and da Vinci’s The Last Supper.
