On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a warm atmosphere, a modern fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing any kind of food with a dining room, a bedroom with double bed and its private fully equipped bathroom, a shared WC and a small laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble drier.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms, each of them with its own private fully equipped bathroom, double beds, and a big terrace with a wonderful view of Laganas bay (Marathonisi or Turtle Island, and Cameo). All our bedrooms are fully equipped with Coco-Mat beds and furniture, air-conditioning, as well as modern HD TVs. In addition, at Rivazzurra Villa Zante an alarm system is available ensuring the safest possible stay of its guests.
The immense outdoor space of Rivazzurra Villa Zante (4000 m2) comprises gardens with lawn, fruit trees, herbs, ornamental plants, a private 50 m2 swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, a seating area, a barbeque, and private indoor parking with 3 vehicle capacity.
Lithakia is a picturesque village in the southern part of the island of Zakynthos. It is situated at the foot of low hills, about 2km from the sea coast, displaying great views of the Ionian Sea. Its prime location just 3km west of the most vibrant village of Laganas, where all the fun and nightlife takes place, makes it an ideal destination for those who want to combine at their own time a tranquil place with a cosmopolitan option nearby. Lithakia is also at a distance of 5 km southeast of Machairado and 9 km southwest of Zakynthos Town. The village suffered great damage from the 1953 Ionian earthquake.

Nádherná, plně vybavená vila s velkým bazénem a krásně upravenou, prostornou zahradou s překrásným výhledem na ostrov Marathonisi. Vila s nikým nesousedí a tak jsme zde měli 100% soukromí. Musíme vyzdvihnout především luxusní interiér a členění vily, která je přizpůsobená opravdu vyššímu počtu lidí, kdy si každý našel své soukromí a taky perfektní služby, jako např. každodenní úklid jak domu, tak jeho okolí, včetně denně čistých ručníků a taky ochotu a vstřícnost majitele. Ze zahrady vede soukromý vstup na hezkou, menší pláž s pozvolným vstupem do moře, téměř bez lidí. Nedaleko vily se nachází taverna a obchod. Určitě jsme zde nebyli naposled, prozatím naše nejkrásnější ubytování, které předčilo všechna naše očekávání a to už máme něco procestováno.
