Alongside the living room is the lovely kitchen with all the modern equipment means it’s a snap to prepare fresh finds from the local markets. There is even an external door straight to the garden. Each one of the three modern and beautiful bedrooms is dedicated to comfort you, one of it has an en-suite bathroom with shower. A bonus is that each has a set of exterior doors that take you straight to the veranda.
The extra point of Villa Eleon is its location as it is just fantastic, creating a true feeling of calm, isolation and peace, yet with delightful beaches, bars and more just five minutes away!
Laganas is located in the southern part of Zakynthos and hosts the largest beach on the island with a length of 9km. Apart from this, Laganas is famous for two more reasons; for its frenzy nightlife and as the place where the endangered Caretta-Caretta turtles lay their eggs, therefore Laganas beach is a part of the National Maritime Park of Zakynthos. Laganas resort is quite developed with excellent touristic infrastructure, and during the summer it’s Zakynthos hottest spot for clubbing thus very popular with young crowds. Laganas beach is a huge, sandy beach of exquisite natural beauty with crystalline warm and shallow waters, ideal for families as well. It offers all beach amenities, yet due to the strict measures for the protection of Caretta-Caretta turtles, watersports are not allowed at the beach, apart from scuba diving. The facility was amazing set only a 10 minute walk from Laganas and a short taxi to Kalamaki. Yanni the owner couldn't do enough for us and even brought a fresh melon across that he grows on his farm. A serene place that backed out onto fields so no road noise or people going by i loved everything about this villa.
