Keri village is located 21km southwest of Zakynthos Town, on the top of a green hill. It is a tranquil, picturesque village that has maintained its traditional character and architecture with many stone houses and narrow cobbled streets. The central square of Keri opens up to stunning views of the Ionian Sea. The village has been almost intact by tourism, so it hosts just a couple of cafes. Panagia Keriotissa is the main church of the village with an impressive bell tower and an icon that locals believe it to have miraculous powers. There is a boat connection to the island of Marathonisi and the sea caves of Zakynthos. The main port of Keri is Limni, only 5 km from the village and the main beach gets quite crowded due to its small size where there is also a diving center.

We just came back from an amazing 9-night stay at the this Villa. Everything was perfect in all aspects. The owners (hosts) are literally the sweetest and most helpful people and together with their two awesome children, they are ready to help with whatever someone might need. The view from the Villa garden is spectacular, overlooking Zakynthos sea and Turtle Island. Everything in the villa is very well maintained. Definitely recommend it!
It is really hard to put into words how amazing this property and experience is. The pictures truly don’t do it justice - every time we looked outside we had to ask ourselves - is this real? It is the most magical villa we have ever stayed in, and would highly recommend this place to even the most picky of travellers. Melpo and Tasos are incredible hosts and the small touches and amenities are the best we have experienced. It was such a treat to have the place cleaned daily, and to have the cupboard and fridge stocked with goodies when we arrived. Do not hesitate for an instant to book this magical place - you will enjoy every second of your stay!!!
Having stayed in a variety of hotel and villa properties in Zakynthos and beyond, this villa continues to be one of our favorite places in the world. Tasos and Melpo put an incredible amount of care, love, and effort into making sure that our vacation is relaxing and worry-free. We have a limited amount of vacation days, and we know that our time at Avra is going to be relaxing and refreshing. They take care of us like we are family!
The villa is carefully maintained and each year there are improvements. The kitchen includes everything we need—a Nespresso machine, great dishes and glassware, cookware, high-quality appliances, a blender, and a pre-stocked fridge/pantry with all the basics. We love the storage space in each room to keep things tidy, the high-quality bathroom finishes, and being able to do laundry and pressing/steaming without the effort of finding a laundromat.
We cannot wait to return next year, and we will spend our winter dreaming about warm afternoons by the pool with that stunning view, a glass of frosé in our hand, the lull of cicadas singing in the olive trees, and an Ionian breeze on our sun-kissed faces.
Everything was excellent! We only wish that we had many more days to spend there. The thoughtfulness of the owners for every little detail made as feel home as everything was in its place before us having to ask for it. The villa and its location was like a dream come true. We felt like we are in heaven. It's a self contained villa with many outdoor facilities like BBQ area, playground, and many relaxing corners in the garden. We didn't want to leave this place to go and explore the island. Our kids loved it and refused to leave it to go outside of the property. We are defineltly coming back next year!!

I stayed here with my family in April. I will be honest and say it was the most beautiful villa we have stayed! Everything about the villa is stunning and luxurious! The pool and surrounding gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The view across to Marithonissi island are to die for! It was very quiet and private, BBQ area and space for children to play also the owners are lovely and very helpful and are on hand if need be. Wish we could go back there! Go enjoy and stay at this villa, you won't be disappointing!

We where looking for a prefect place to get married in Europe and we came across this dream house, everything was perfect from beginning to end. Since first contact Melpo was super responsive and helpful, answered all our questions and help us plan everything from abroad. Once we arrived they where waiting for us with a perfect welcome champagne in the balcony with a great view. Fridge has drinks and a lot of treat, snacks coffee (Expresso!!). Such a warm welcome!! The Villa overcome any expectations you can have, the view is breathtaking and the house is in perfect condition, Melpo and Tasos take so good care and worry about every single detail. Being abroad it can be a little difficult to organise thing and Melpo was super helpful not only with the Villa but with everything extra we needed for the wedding. She would respond so quick every email and concern. They provided cleaning service every day, change of towels and linens plus all toiletries.... We had a lot of people coming in and out and they had no problem, they made us feel at home every second letting us enjoy of their house as if would be our. I couldn't recommend more this Villa, it will really leave up to your spectations and beyond Melpo and Tasos are great at they will make the impossible for you to have the best experience of your life!.. The villa is perfect with amazing sea view , with excellent exterior and interior design. The furniture is very modern and comfortable. We had such a lovely stay at the villa. We were greeted by the lovely owners and shown around the villa, The location of the villa is outstanding with breathtaking view looking over turtle island exactly as shown in the pictures. The villa was beautiful and so much space outside, it was exactly as shown in the photos but even better, The villa had been built to a high quality finish, every minor detail was taken care of, we had a fully stocked fridge right down to beers and wines which were all complimentary( a really nice touch). we didn't have to go to the shops for a couple days. The owners were very helpful, The villa was cleaned every day.
We had a great time at the villa and were sorry to leave. Will be back definitely just for staying at the villa. I have recommended this to a few of my friends as well. If you are looking for a villa in Zakynthos, do not look anywhere, Book the villa if available, you will not be disappointed.
