The large terrace and balconies offer beautiful views over the surrounding area and the distant sea. Palladio Villa Rethymno is 300sqm in size, elegant and spacious, with 5 bedrooms; 1 of them with double beds and luxurious en-suite bathrooms/WC, 2 bedrooms with twin beds share one luxurious bathroom/WC and 1 with double bed, sofa bed, baby cot, and luxurious en-suite bathrooms/WC, all on the ground floor. On the second floor is the 5ft bedroom with twins beds and a double iron bed, it is suitable for up to 10-13 people.
An open marble staircase(eight steps) leads to the upper floor where is a very well-equipped kitchen with a full electric cooker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, and electric kettle. On the same level of the kitchen, there is the dining room with a big dining table for 12 people. From the dining room, a door leads out to the terrace where is another big table and a big umbrella for having breakfast, launch, or dinner al fresco. Another eight steps up the kitchen area have comfortable seating, fireplace with glass, satellite TV, and DVD player. Further to this, there is one WC on this floor, a door opening out to the covered balcony with patio furniture with fantastic views of the surrounding area and the distant sea. On the same level as the seating area, there is a corner with a desk, library, WiFi VDSL is available inside and outside of Palladio Villa Rethymno.
There are sunbeds around the pool and aluminum patio furniture, and a large BBQ area with a wooden oven, grill covered make an ideal spot for Al Fresco dining. There is a safety deposit box in the master bedroom. Air-condition is available in all bedrooms. Next to the garage, there is a utility room with a washing machine and iron board. The villa is well equipped and furnished, with central heating for cooler periods of the year.
The village of Roussospiti is located 7km southeast of Rethymno Town. It has many permanent inhabitants, therefore the village includes all amenities. Roussospiti village displays a variety of Venetian buildings such as the famous fountain, which dates back to the 17th century. Roussospiti is a paradise for nature lovers who wish to enjoy the mountains and explore the rest of the Island of Crete. It is an ideal destination for a tranquil holiday close to nature that will also introduce you to the secrets of the Cretan tradition.

The villa is a multi-storey residence, in a fantastic location on a mountain, with stunning views of the nearby bay of Rethymno. Outdoor area with a beautiful swimming pool, sunbeds, table tennis and a large barbecue, We found wine, raki, coffee, milk, eggs, oil and other food on our arrival and she made us a big cake. The night before we left they supplied us with Musaka and Zaziki.
