Patio doors lead you to a veranda from where you can enjoy gardens and pool area views. Bedrooms: All beds are of superior quality, providing you also linens and towels. Patio doors in each bedroom lead you into a balcony where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the northern coast and the sea view.
Ground floor: The main entrance of the villa is on the ground floor where there is a spacious lounge, a dining area, and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. The lounge area features comfy sofas, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD, and a CD player. The kitchen boasts all the facilities you require to meet your self-catering holiday needs. Patio doors take you through to a veranda that looks out onto the garden and pool area. On this level, we have a pretty double bedroom with twin beds, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV and there is a beautifully tiled full-fitted bathroom with a walk-in shower for your convenience. A good quality sofa bed is provided so that an extra person can be accommodated. All areas are beautifully decorated in modern furnishings with traditional touches. Baby cots and high chairs are available on request.
First Floor: A marble staircase leads you to the upper level of the villa. On this floor, there are two large double bedrooms. In the first one, there is a double bed and on the other, there are twin beds, both with stylish furnishings, wardrobes, and flat-screen TVs. All beds are of superior quality with linen and towels provided. Patio doors in each bedroom lead you out onto a balcony where you can enjoy a breathtaking sea and northern coast view. Also, there is a fully equipped luxurious bathroom with a large bathtub. The most beautiful part of the first floor is the very large furnished terrace to the rear of the building (25 m²) which offers a spectacular view of the mountains and the natural environment of olive groves and orchards in the surrounding area. Each villa is fitted with personalized central air conditioning and heating systems that ensure that all rooms in the villa have the perfect temperature to enhance your stay.
Outdoor area: The garden boasts a 30 m² long private swimming pool and large grounds with a grassed area for children to play. The grounds are secured by a traditional stone-built wall which complements the exterior design of the villa, whilst ensuring privacy. Around the private swimming pool, there are sun loungers and umbrellas for your comfort so that you will be able to relax and enjoy the sunshine uninterrupted within the comfort of your own garden. Each villa has its own private parking area and all units have been specifically designed to accommodate guests with limited mobility. BBQ facilities are available and each villa comes complete with outdoor furniture, perfect for al-fresco dining.
The village of Roupes is located 19km southeast of Rethymno next to the verdant oasis village of Pikris. Roupes is a beautiful semi-mountainous settlement in the central part of the prefecture of Rethymno at an altitude of 270m. It boasts flower blossomed yards and beautiful houses. Stroll around the picturesque alleys and sit in a kafeneion to enjoy a coffee or a refreshment and observe the locals’ habits. The hospitality and traditional tastes of Roupes will leave no one unsatisfied. Nearby Roupes there is the picturesque village of Skouloufia.

Stunning vistas and all the amenities you need for a carefree vacation week. The villa is spotless and furnished entirely. The host is friendly. Both the welcome package and the parting gift were lovely and delicious.
Great treks may be found nearby, and there is a village to explore. Amazing villa – everything was really efficient and tidy. Wonderful daily assistance from the hosts and the gardener/pool man, as well as a lovely welcome gift of food, local goods, and everything you need for the kitchen. The vegetable garden and fruit trees, where you may choose your own tomatoes, pears, melons, courgettes, and other products, are the best.
It was fantastic. We had a friendly greeting and arrived at a beautiful villa. We had a wonderful vacation thanks to the scenery, amenities, and peace.
Everything was better than we had anticipated, very comfortable, and with a wonderful hostess! The sunset is spectacular!
