Louloudaki Villas Rethymno is two separate, newly built stone houses, the Villa Villa 1 and 2, which uniquely combine comfortable accommodation with lovely natural scenery. Each villa consists of a commodious interior, four double sleeping rooms, a living room, a dining room, a traditional fireplace, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, semi-outdoor space, and large verandas. All rooms have overall views of the unique Cretan landscape. Great emphasis is given to the decoration which follows simple, modern lines that vary, with personal touches different in each villa to make it unique. The surrounding area of both villas is surrounded by a garden with lawn, flower beds with colorful flowers, private swimming pool and offers possibilities for relaxation and well-being. Loutra is a medieval village located approximately 8km from the city of Rethymno and 2km from the beach. Ottomans and Asia Minor immigrants inhabited Loutra in the past. Characteristic of this settlement is the beautiful alleys with the stone houses and the flower-adorned balconies. Do not skip a visit to the fountain with the Turkish inscription. A bit outside of Loutra there is a small alley that leads to the picturesque chapel of Agios Panteleimonas with a monument for the 10 executions of its inhabitants by the Germans. Of particular interest is the fair of Agia Fotini of Samaritis that is during Lent. In Loutra you can visit the old oil mill and the house of hero Papa-Manoli Kallergi. In close proximity to the village, you will find crystalline beaches and bigger settlements with restaurants and all amenities.

We had a very pleasant family stay in Loutra. The house is spacious, the outside is even more spacious and the view is amazing. The large pool really allows you to swim and cool off. Very easy and quick communication with the owner.
A short drive to beautiful beaches and stunning Rethymno and a great base for exploring the island. My kids loved the kids pool, a massive plus!
The aperitif by the pool is priceless and the silence of the place is incredible. The host, is very nice, she welcomed us late and gave us great suggestions on where to eat and the beaches. Finally...a great place!
Niki was always there to support us if any questions or problems occurred. We got new towels every few days and the villa was also cleaned. The different seating areas were amazing and the sunsets with that view on the rooftop balcony were mind blowing. The pool was cleaned multiple times a week, everything was very clean.
