Ageri Villa Rethymno is a beautiful villa offering a stunning sunset by the swimming pool and relaxing moments with mountain views. It is 180sqm, a two-level house which can accommodate up to 10 people. Εven a group with two different families.
The first floor is for 6 Persons. It has 3 Bedrooms, 4 Beds (2 double and 2 single), a big kitchen (with oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee machine), Livingroom (with TV), 1 bathroom (with washing machine) and a WC. The second floor is up to 4 Persons. It has 2 beds and 2 sofa-beds (with Air Condition and TV), a smaller Kitchen (with fridge/freezer, oven, toaster, and coffee machine), a (WC) and 2 Balcones with a magnificent view. It also contains the necessary equipment for a baby (baby stroller, chair, and cot). Created in an area of 1,000 sqm, the exterior ground of Traditional Ageri Villa Rethymno has stone architecture and is full of fruit trees. In our garden area, you will find a barbeque also there is a two-level swimming pool (1/1,50 meters). Free Wi-fi access all around the house!
Argyroupolis is located 25km southwest of Rethymno in the foothills of Azonas mount. Built in an altitude of 260m, Argyroupoli stands on the ruins of ancient Lapa. Its fertile soil produces olive oil, wine of exquisite quality, citrus fruits, carob beans and livestock products which in the past attracted the interest of the Venetians. Argyroupolis displays evident traces of the ancient civilization; Roman relics, Byzantine churches, and Venetian buildings with unique doorframes. In Argyroupolis the religious element is predominant and there are numerous churches worth visiting. Ιn 2008 Argyroupolis was awarded as the cleanest traditional settlement, famed for its natural sites, such as its old windmills and springs. Great location, within walking distance to bakery, and shop. The villa is located in a beautiful Cretan village, you can walk, Lappa village is within walking distance. Very nice garden and a great pool with a view of the mountains. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts of the villa are simply amazing people!!! We will definitely be back!!!! Thanks for a great vacation!!!!
The house is really big with three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main floor and one bedroom and bathroom in the upper apartment. The house includes a big kitchen and a Barbecue station. In front of the house is a big pool, a garden with vegetables and some spaces for two or three cars. The owners are really nice and friendly! If you need something just text or call them and they will answer very soon. They come every morning to clean outside at the pool and two times a week to clean inside the house. They bought us some drinks and we had a big barbecue on the last evening with the whole family. From the villa you have an amazing view in the mountains. You can walk about five minutes to the next tavern and supermarket. Also you drive about 15 minutes to Georgioupoli. Its a really nice spot.
The villa was amazing, the beds were all very comfortable, the facilities were great, the fruit and vegetables were incredible.
