Villa Shanti Chania is a unique villa with contemporary luxuriously furnished spacious rooms. This includes 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms spread over 3 levels. The main level consists of a modern open-plan kitchen with an easy exit to the outdoor dining table and pool area. A dining area with access to a roomy balcony with a panoramic view of the sea and amazing sunsets.
A spacious lounge and tv area. Plus a guest toilet. The lower level has 4 bedrooms, two of them with en-suite bathrooms, one extra bathroom, a gym, a mini courtyard, and a laundry room. Three of the bedrooms have direct access to a small terrace and a garden. The upper level consists of two bedrooms and a small balcony overlooking the lounge area. One of the bedrooms is a large master bedroom with a sitting area, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom including a hot tub/jacuzzi. In total accommodating up to 14 people.
Villa Shanti's outdoor facilities offer a variety of possibilities. The 110sqm pool can be used for both swimming and leisure. The surrounding garden consists of beautiful greenery, palms, flowers, and a big recreational area. There are numerous spaces for relaxing, meditating, sunbathing, chilling, or playing together with or without disruption. The shaded private parking area can fit at least 5 cars.

Kalathas belongs to the wider area of Akrotiri and can be reached from the same road that leads to the famous beach of Stavros, where scenes from Zorbas the Greek were filmed. Kalathas is a well-organized beach that offers a range of watersports and accommodation options. The water here is shallow and this makes it suitable for families with children.
On the whole, Kalathas beach is a tranquil beach, yet it can get crowded during the summer since it is close to Chania town. Taste great traditional and seafood dishes in the traditional tavern of this beach.
