The underfloor cooling and heating system Biofloor and the external walls insulation system Weber. Therm ensures ideal indoor temperatures and provides significant energy savings throughout the year. In addition to that, the underfloor cooling system prevents the over-dry atmosphere effect usually caused by air-conditioning systems and helps maintain balanced air humidity levels inside the residence, creating an ideal indoor environment for people with allergies or asthma. There is also a new playroom with Playstation 4, a 49" HDTV, and a Bluetooth speaker.
Situated near Souda Bay, only a 10-minute drive from Chania, Saint Antoine Villa Chania serves as an ideal hub for exploring the west and southwest Crete and discover its precious secrets be its pristine beaches or picturesque villages. Very comfortable and well-equipped villa in a quiet location with lovely views and not far from the center. Immaculately clean and extremely helpful staff.
It is well located with only a few minutes drive to the supermarket and amenities and 15-20 minutes to Chania and the airport. The magic of this villa lay in the management and household. The housekeeper was excellent. She was efficient, friendly and helpful and visited every morning. We will definitely be visiting again.
