As you enter Villa Marten Chania you notice the modern features of this property consisting of an open plan living area and a fully fitted modern kitchen. On the same level, the master bedroom offers a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub. Another two bedrooms on the same level have also en suite bathrooms with a shower. All the rooms have their own terrace.
On the lower floor, you will find two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and also a fully equipped laundry area with washing machine, dryer and iron. Offering a magnificent view, very close to Villa Marten Chania you will find all the necessary amenities and some of the most beautiful beaches of the area. Kalathas belongs to the wider area of Akrotiri and can be reached from the same road that leads to the famous beach of Stavros, where scenes from Zorbas the Greek were filmed. Kalathas is a well-organized beach that offers a range of watersports and accommodation options. The water here is shallow and this makes it suitable for families with children.
On the whole, Kalathas beach is a tranquil beach, yet it can get crowded during the summer since it is close to Chania town. Taste great traditional and seafood dishes in the traditional tavern of this beach.

Even more stunning than in the pictures are the villa's setting and views! Nothing in front blocks the stunning views of the sea and mountains from the back patio and pool deck. The Villa is sheer luxury in and of itself. It is quite roomy and quiet, has a well-appointed kitchen, contemporary furnishings, extremely comfy mattresses, and reliable air conditioning. A short drive will take you to a number of extremely good, sandy beaches, tavernas, minimarts, and supermarkets. We particularly liked Kalathas Beach, which is only 5 minutes away. Any concerns that arose were swiftly resolved by the host.
