Outside, around the property, there are many little areas whereby you can absorb yourself into the wonders of what this property has to offer, from a lovely covered courtyard seating area, beautiful mature gardens and seating areas, all of which leads round to the pool which overlooks beautiful countryside surroundings, across the neighbouring valley.
Villa Myrina is located on the outskirts of the village of Plaka, just 1 km from Almyrida Beach. In a very quiet area, within walking distance of traditional, cosy restaurants and coffee shops, Villa Myrina is in the perfect place. The villa is just 400 meters from Plaka’s pretty main square.
Plaka is a quiet village in the Apokoronas region, east of Chania, above Kalives and Almirida at about 2km. The village is developing rapidly since there is an interest from tourists to buy houses in the area. In Plaka, there is a large square under the shelter of trees with taverns, a church, and picturesque alleys that lead to beautiful villas. On the way from Plaka to coastal villages, there is a magnificent view of Souda Bay where from the sunset is breathtaking. Further down you can have a refreshing dive in the waters of Almyrida and Kalyves.
