Eros Villa Chania layout: The Villa has five bedrooms – three with double beds and two with two single beds- four bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sea view, and a big swimming pool. On the ground floor, there is an independent apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a TV. On the first floor, there are three more bedrooms, three bathrooms, a second fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a big living room. At this specific level and inside the living area there are two sofa beds which can accommodate up to three more persons. Your stay in Eros Villa Chania will be unforgettable!
Plaka is a quiet village in the Apokoronas region, east of Chania, above Kalives and Almirida at about 2km. The village is developing rapidly since there is an interest from tourists to buy houses in the area. In Plaka, there is a large square under the shelter of trees with taverns, a church, and picturesque alleys that lead to beautiful villas. On the way from Plaka to coastal villages, there is a magnificent view of Souda Bay where from the sunset is breathtaking. Further down you can have a refreshing dive in the waters of Almyrida and Kalyves.

Quite environment, wonderful view, incredible sunsets, large living room and terraces. The old village of Plaka reachable by foot (5'), as the beaches of Almyrida (15'). We were 12 with 6 children and it was perfect. A lot of things to do or to see in this part of Crete, and some nice spots without tourists. Mr Stavros is living in a small apartment on the ground floor but is really discret : you don't see him, excepted when he is cleaning the pool early in the morning. And, if you need something, he is always there to help you. A nice person. Emerald and Elpis are the 2 best restaurants of Plaka.
