Comfortably spread over 2500 square meters and designed in an elegant contemporary style, the luxurious Villa Ramann makes for a truly perfect vacation! With beachfront and manicured grounds, the villa offers its guests their own private beach, a stunning 100 m2 infinity pool with a child safety pool cover and a pampering outdoor hot tub. The villa's ground floor boasts a luxurious open-plan living area with a high ceiling, a modern kitchen equipped with every possible amenity, and a living room outfitted with tasteful furnishings and modern facilities including a home theater system comprising a large Smart OLED TV, first class indoor and outdoor speakers, a satellite and internet streamer and strong WiFi throughput.
Step through the living room's wide glass doors onto the spacious patio, with a round table perfect for enjoying breakfast outside and a great hang-out area facing the swimming pool, which for your peace of mind is fitted with a children's safety cover.
An optional service is available so that you can enjoy a local breakfast prepared by our local cook at a time of your choosing, served inside, or outside overlooking the pool and the sea. Our team will also be glad to book a chef to prepare an authentic Greek meal at the villa or delivered at your request. Only a 300 meter walk away you can enjoy the well-known Fanes Tavern located right on the beach.

Fanes is a village located in the northeast part of the island of Rhodes, west of Soroni. It features a picturesque harbor and a peaceful secluded beach with tamarisk trees that provide some natural shade. The main village of Fanes is situated around 1 km inland of Rhodes and its natural landscape involves extensive farm fields, near the coast and along the adjacent verdant hills. The small natural bay of the past has today been transformed into a yacht port where boats and yachts moor into a charming ambiance. Fanes visitors will be impressed by the crystal clear waters of the small bay that has taken green-blue shades from the tress that bend over it.
