The villa's interior is modernly decorated with primarily white and earthly tones creating a welcoming atmosphere. Entering the main door you walk into an open plan living room and kitchen area. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sitting area, a large flat screen smart TV, and a large furnished veranda with an excellent sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped and it has an oven, fridge, and freezer, as well as a dishwasher. The ground floor has also a bathroom with a shower and a WC.
Going up the stairs you enter the bedroom chambers where you can find 2 fully air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds opening to private balconies. Both bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms. The villa has two more bedrooms downstairs, equipped with bunk beds, making them ideal for families with children.
This modern villa also offers a range of amenities such as smart controls for lights and window shutters, Wi-Fi coverage throughout the property, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, deep freezer, satellite channels, DVD player, baby bed & high chair, iron, and ironing board and clothes rack.
The area of Kolymbia, where the villa is located, offers excellent seafront tavernas, cafeterias, supermarkets, souvenir shops as well as exciting nightlife venues. During the daytime, visitors can enjoy a variety of water sports at the beach, boat trips, and other summer activities. Maria beachfront villa is also an ideal base for those looking to make the most of their time on the island by visiting places of historical importance, cultural significance, and natural beauty. Lindos and its famous ancient Greek Acropolis is only 30 minutes away. Rhodes town and the medieval city which is a UNESCO monument of cultural heritage is only 25km from the villa. 7 springs or “Epta Piges” as it is commonly called is a unique place of natural beauty and a wildlife reserve can be reached by car within 15 minutes.
Kolymbia beach Rhodes is a quiet resort and is reasonably considered one of the most beautiful of the island. It is a small natural bay located in the eastern coast of the island, approximately 26 km south of Rhodes Town. It is an organized pebbled beach offering a great variety of water sports. The crystal clear waters combined with the verdant background is a real charm. Today it is a popular spot with families since it is easily accessed. Seven Sources is a very fairytale place nearby, with green waters that will most definitely leave you speechless. Although the beach has a rapid tourist development during the last years, it managed to maintain a calm and peaceful character away from noisy crowds. The Monastery of Paramithia, situated just 6km away, is also worth visiting.

Kolymbia's small center is only a 10-minute walk away. All the necessary equipment was in the villa, and the kitchen was fully furnished. Some culinary tools, such as pans, should be modified to better serve the clients in the future.

Stunning setting, lovely residence, and considerate management. They supplied the kitchen with necessities for us and took the time to make sure we were set up with everything we needed because they knew we were arriving by evening flight with three kids. fantastic service The views are undoubtedly breathtaking, and the property itself is exquisite. Although it is situated on a pebble beach, sand beaches are close by. I advise getting a rental automobile.

We arrived very late at night and the hosts had very thoughtfully provided a huge welcome back which contained everything we needed and more to get through the night and the next day without going to a supermarket.
All in all, the villa had all the style and comfort we needed for three families of 4 people - without getting under each other’s feet - and we had a wonderful family holiday.
