The villa is set on a 2000m² plot, landscaped with Mediterranean plants. It is originally designed, minimalist interior with beamed ceilings comfortably accommodates 10 persons. A meeting room or game room is situated on the villa's first floor and the master bedroom has access to a large veranda that overlooks the vineyard and surrounding forest.
The open plan, fully equipped (modern) Chef’s kitchen makes cooking in the villa a joyful experience, also the dining room and kitchen open on to a traditional Istrian-covered dining terrace, facing the pool. The terrace's wood-burning stove and dining table for 12 are ideal for outdoor dining.
The property’s private forest area of 5000m² includes walking trails, hammocks, and benches for relaxing. The property has a separate fitness and spa house, featuring well equipped gym with an infra-sauna and a steam bath that residents of each of the three villas can enjoy. Guests can also use the golf pitching, chipping and putting practice green. The villa also offers a glittering blue (heated) 48m² pool on the terrace in front of the villa. The pool's 150m² terrace overlooks the surrounding forest. Heated outdoor shower by the pool. Covered terraces from each main floor room directly access the pool. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture are on the pool terrace.
Istria is the largest peninsula in the Adriatic Sea, located at the head of the Adriatic between the Gulf of Trieste and the Kvarner Gulf. It is shared by three countries: Croatia for its most part, Slovenia, and Italy. Istria is a heart-shaped, 3600-sq-km peninsula in the country's northwest. It features a bucolic scenery of rolling hills and fertile plains and is a favorite destination for food- and culture-focused lovers to Istria’s hilltop villages and farmhouse restaurants, while the indented coastline is enormously popular with the sun-and-sea set. Despite the vast hotel complexes which line much of the coast and the fact that the rocky beaches are not Croatia’s best, facilities are wide-ranging and the sea is clean offering many secluded spots for maximum relaxation.
