The whole complex of the Villa Thalia spreads over 2500m² and 513m² of living space consists of the upper floor, middle floor and ground floor. Luxury Villa Thalia has 5 bedrooms with 5 en suite bathrooms, 10 beds and is suitable for the comfortable accommodation of 10 people.
Near the main entrance to the villa, there is a separate exercise area - a real gym equipped with a modern treadmill, stationary bicycle, orbitrek, set of weights and mats and benches for independent exercise. In the same area, which is air-conditioned and equipped with modern entertainment devices such as UHD Smart TV and BOSE Hi-fi system, there is a pool table, dartboard and sanitary facilities.
When entering the interior of the upper floor of luxury Villa Thalia one comes inside a corridor area which leads to a spacious and beautiful living room equipped very contemporary sofa and ultra-modern decorative details, latest extra-large diagonal UHD Smart TV, which, combined with a flawless Hi-Fi system, provides to the real fans of movies, series or sports broadcasts exactly what they want from a perfect audio-visual experience. Exit to the terrace with an enchanting view, glazed fireplace open on the three sides of the wall and unusually attractive, "space" lighting fixtures complete this extremely pleasant and comfortable interior. On this level, you will find the harmoniously incorporated kitchen and dining room which is located right next to the glass wall overlooking the sea and is dominated by a large table made of tempered glass that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people on comfortable high-back white leather chairs. In the continuation of the same space, there is a kitchen with modern lines and high gloss, equipped with the highest category of appliances, from world-renowned manufacturers. Two comfortable bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with a shower and a sea view have found their place on the same floor. A storage room and guest toilette are also on this floor.
The internal staircase leads down to the middle floor. Villa Thaila has a total of five bedrooms on two levels and on this level, there are three bedrooms. All rooms have their own bathroom with shower, terrace and are air-conditioned and equipped with UHD Smart TV.
The ground floor can be reached by the external stairs where you will enter equipped wellness area, with a Finnish/bio and infrared sauna, an experience shower and a relaxation area with a water bed, direct access to the sunbathing area and a 12.5-meter long swimming pool optimized for counter-current swimming. For those looking for relaxation in the exterior, there is also an outdoor whirlpool, spacious enough for 5 people. On the upper outdoor area, there is a fully-equipped summer kitchen and the outdoor covered Weber gas grill and table for 12 people, with a direct view of the sea, are also worth mentioning.
In order to have a complete experience of the sea during your stay in Villa Thalia, only 30 meters from the villa, there is a wood-covered pontoon for sunbathing and entering the sea. Enjoy the unforgettable experience of this beautiful bay or arrange a boat ride around the surrounding coves and beaches. Villa Thalia takes the most beautiful pieces of the Mediterranean mosaic, creating a masterpiece of stone, greenery and sea synergy!
