Villa Art Istria consists of the main building and a small building for wine lovers – a wine cellar. The main building has nice decorated 5 double bedrooms, each with its en suite bathroom. For guests who do not come to Croatia only to enjoy the Adriatic sea, there is a wellness area with a hydro massage indoor bathtub and Finnish sauna as well as sports equipment.
Between the main building and wine cellar, there is a beautiful terrace with a dining area and 54 square meters of the outdoor swimming pool. If you are interested in an active vacation and coming with children there are 1600 m2 of beautiful gardens to walk around and enjoy in nature. Children would love to spend time in well-equipped children's playgrounds while adults can play table tennis.
