The ground floor of Villa Ultima is the central area of the villa, which consists of a billiard room with a lounge area and TV. The lounge area extends to the large, white dining room, with a dining table and chairs. This area is connected to the professional and fully equipped high-tech kitchen with bar counter and spacious living room with modern sofas, which opens to a beautiful partial covered terrace with a barbecue, outdoor dining area and an intoxicating view of the sea. Towards the other side of the villa are a gym and a spa area with a Jacuzzi, sauna and an indoor swimming pool.
On the top floor of Villa Ultima, there are five spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, TV and terrace overlooking the sea. Four bedrooms consist of double beds and one is with twin beds which can easily be connected and make a double bed.
The luxurious exterior of the villa is enhanced by the fabulous and spacious sunny terraces with deckchairs, swimming pool, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen with barbeque and dining table. Here you can relax after a long day on the beach or city walk, drinking a refreshing drink far away from all curious looks. Istria is the largest peninsula in the Adriatic Sea, located at the head of the Adriatic between the Gulf of Trieste and the Kvarner Gulf.
