The impressive living room is aimed at enjoyment as much as at relaxation, while each dormitory has its own little legend – regardless if we are talking about Flacius, the famous reformer from the 16th century and the forefather of this proud family, about the Holy Spirit after whom this region was named, about Vlastelini as the family lineage or Dorsi, a romantic corner with a view of the rising sun.
Villa Vlastelini has a total of 4 bedrooms. Every area in the Villa has its own personality – including the rooms, which have their own names. On the ground floor is room Vlastelini, whose name was inspired by the old nickname of the Vlačić family. It is dominated by subtle elegance, tailored from bright, warm tones that emphasize the sense of comfort On the floor is room Flacius - inspired by the Latin variant of the surname Vlačić, which was made known by the famous ancestor Ilirik, it brings playful colors of love and the atmosphere in which the spirits of Amor and Eros are interwoven.
Next to it is room Dorsi, the most daringly decorated room in the house, with accentuated romance supported by a terrace with a beautiful view of the estate gardens and the sunrise. Sveti Duh, a room named after "Santo Spirito", the original name of the microlocation of the estate. It is open towards its southern part, with a terrace overlooking the swimming pool and sunbathing area, and a tennis court next to the forest which surrounds the estate.
Classic full wood kitchen in the color of vanilla equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances will provide you the pleasure of preparing meals from freshly picked groceries from our own garden, and a large massive wooden table with 10-person wooden chairs will provide you the enjoyment of joint meals and socializing at the table.
The daily part which is characterized by cleanliness of lines, simplicity, and modernity, is located next to a large modern stone fireplace, intended for relaxing with a book, fire from the fireplace, watching TV or movies on DVD, and listening to music. The living room was refined by works of local academy painters confirming the authentic story of Labin, a place where many artists sought refuge and inspiration.
Large covered terrace with elegant garden furnishings, located in the shade of a century-old oak tree, is located right next to an attractive pool that is naturally flowing, like a waterfall, along one side Below the covered terrace, in its corner next to the swimming pool, there is an open stone fireplace for barbecues. This arrangement allows for a continuous stay as well for outdoor dining.
Istria is the largest peninsula in the Adriatic Sea, located at the head of the Adriatic between the Gulf of Trieste and the Kvarner Gulf. It is shared by three countries: Croatia for its most part, Slovenia, and Italy. Istria is a heart-shaped, 3600-sq-km peninsula in the country's northwest. It features a bucolic scenery of rolling hills and fertile plains and is a favorite destination for food- and culture-focused lovers to Istria’s hilltop villages and farmhouse restaurants, while the indented coastline is enormously popular with the sun-and-sea set. Despite the vast hotel complexes which line much of the coast and the fact that the rocky beaches are not Croatia’s best, facilities are wide-ranging and the sea is clean offering many secluded spots for maximum relaxation.
