In a very quiet area, but not far from the ancient city, Villa Dafne can accommodate up to 9 people, offering different solutions for both families and groups. The outdoor spaces with the large saltwater swimming pool and a mini pool with hot water and hydromassage, sun loungers, a very livable patio, and various relaxation areas with sofas and armchairs are all to be enjoyed. And this is just the welcome space of the house!

Inside, three large lounges with white sofas and armchairs, a bar corner, and tables for convivial moments, will allow you to experience your holiday as you have always dreamed of. Large and bright rooms make this home a truly charming place. The bedrooms in the sleeping area are beautiful and refined with beds with leather headboards, modern desks, designer lamps, and views of the swimming pool and other very suggestive corners of the house and the surrounding countryside.

Equipped with all comforts, the kitchen with its central American island with sink, five-burner hob, and then a combined fridge, oven, coffee machine, and much more. From the many views of the house you can, of course, also see the sea. There is also a large public car park outside. A ten-minute drive will take you to the center of Taormina, the Mazzarò beach, and the clubs in the area.

About the Location

Italy, Sicily, Taormina

You will be surrounded by a wonderful, mythological ambiance that has attracted visitors from all over the world for years. Settled on a hill of the Monte Tauro, Taormina overlooks two grand, sweeping bays below and, on the southern side, Mount Etna, Europe's highest active volcano, which is frequently capped with snow, providing visitors with a breathtaking, dramatic, and memorable view over nearly one hundred miles of Mediterranean sea. Taormina appears to have been a tourist destination since antiquity when ancient peoples such as the Sicels, Greeks, Romans, Byzantines, Saracens, Arabs, Normans, and Spaniards selected it as their residence due to its advantageous location, moderate climate, and magical ambiance.

Taormina has become one of the world's top tourist attractions, where tourists can enjoy a perfect blend of old-world elegance, historical and cultural preservation, and an exquisite and vibrant way of life while resting in the old town pedestrian zones. There is enough to see and see for visitors, including top-tier art performances at the Greek theatre, various painting exhibitions hosted in neighboring palazzi and churches, and excellent exquisite shopping along the famed "Corso Umberto" with its classical music cafès and bakery stores. Visiting local art museums, taking naturalistic walks in the surrounding countryside, golfing at the nearby 18-hole green, and taking advantage of the fantastic beaches within easy reach, where the mild Mediterranean climate allows all water sports such as swimming, scuba diving, sailing, windsurfing, or simply sunbathing for nearly eight months of the year and even longer.

Sicily is the largest of the Italian islands, separated from the Continent by the Strait of Messina and washed by the Ionian, the Tyrrhenian, and the Mediterranean Seas. It is a true gem of Southern Italy and is a place with abundant nature and rich history and traditions along with outstanding architecture. Nature here seems to have embraced all its versions: mountains, hills, and above all the most magnificent azure sea, with its crystal-clear water and the impeccable beauty of its colorful seabed. Sicily also involves three volcanos, with the most famous being Etna which adds one more color to the unique palette of this mythical island.

The birthplace of the Roman Empire and Renaissance, Italy, showcases many of the world’s greatest artworks, architectural buildings and over the top gastronomical proposals. This is the country where the word “style” expresses the whole nation. Italy has more Unesco World Heritage cultural sites than any other country; among them are Botticelli’s Birth of Venus and Primavera, Michelangelo’s David and Sistine Chapel and da Vinci’s The Last Supper.
