The current owners have renovated the villa and transformed it into a beautiful resort with 6 luxuriously furnished suites, a living room, kitchen all equipped with the best comforts such as air conditioning wi-fi TV safe, and sofa mini bar etc. Outside there is a park of 5,000 square meters with lawn gardens and ancient trees where you can relax in bees and walks and equipped with an outdoor summer pool, cinema room, billiard room, gym, heated indoor pool, solarium with jacuzzi, sauna, massage room.
The villa has a wonderful view of the Ionian Sea and dominates the panoramic view of the Etna volcano. It is only 25 km from Catania International Airport, , the nearest town is 2 minutes by car, Taormina tourist town just 30 km away, and only 5 km from the highway exit. The structure is rented weekly to groups or individuals, but exceptionally also only for a single night.
Acireale is a quiet ancient town on a lava-stone hill overlooking the sea, with a classic medieval urban approach and a gorgeous city center studded with interesting baroque structures, such as the Cathedral, the town hall, and the Saint Peter's basilica, all located in the elegant and large Piazza Duomo. A few minutes' walk from the main square, it offers a breathtaking view of the whole Ionian coastline.
Acireale, once a major commercial center, is now best known for its thermal baths (Terme di Santa Venera) on the city's southern outskirts: the baths were built in a neoclassical style, but the health benefits of thermal springs were known to the Greeks and Romans as well.
