On the sweeping grounds, there’s a heated swimming pool with a bar, a solarium, an outside gym, and an aromatic garden. Hidden away, yet very close to the town center, this property offers three bedrooms decorated in elegant style with relaxing white walls, contemporary fabrics, and bespoke furnishing by local Italian artisans.

Nestled on a 5 hectares parcel overlooking the coastline skyline, this villa features a heated pool and vast garden Set amid a lush olive grove, it also comes with an outside gym, aromatic garden, and parking space. Its current owners embarked on a meticulous renovation in 2019, preserving the original structure and materials installing top-of-the-line appliances.

The swimming pool is open the whole year, weather permitting. It can be heated in every season and we recommend not using the heating during the summer season. During wintertime, two days of heating before arrival are necessary to outreach the desired temperature. (Maximum 29°/ 84F). An aromatic garden with wood pizza oven, alfresco dining area, and one outside Gym, together with 6 Bicycles, are available for guests
