On the grounds, there’s an “L” shaped heated pool, a solarium with sunbeds for all guests, a vegetable garden, and several alfresco areas together with an external bar. Hidden away, yet very close to the town center, this villa offers five bedrooms decorated in elegant style with relaxing white walls, contemporary fabrics, and several bespoke furnishing by local Italian artisans, including 80.000 square meters of private grounds and a large parking area.
The home design, approached with research in the historical context, results in a modern style with original stone floors, quality wooden boards, and marble. Rustic stairwells and perfectly preserved traditional Apulian “botte” ceilings lend a characteristic feel to the interiors. The stone staircase and floors are original, creating a stunning juxtaposition with design furnishings.
The renovation preserved the house's original structure, to which contemporary details have been added. Modern yet very comfortable, this is a chic retreat full of light and a welcoming vibe.
