REVIEW SCORE

In the heart of one of the most fascinating and characteristic parts of Apulia, Villa Sarabella is a very particular location of great impact. Here innovation truly meets tradition. The ancient charm of the white stone and the references to the typical Trulli that have always represented the true, unique, and inimitable treasure of this land, will welcome you in the large property.

The house is accessed by a large external staircase with two flights that turns the property into a place of a thousand and one nights at nightfall and gives it a princely charm in the sunlight. The interior style is modern and functional. The very bright rooms, have views and openings on the swimming pool and the garden and are able to host up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. A comfortable wooden patio, covered by curtains, will be the link between the interior and exterior of the Villa and will make it very pleasant to spend most of the day there: it can be a meeting place in the open air, during stops for lunch or for dinner, but also an ideal corner for moments of reading, games, entertainment and much more. Under the patio, there is also an area with sofas, armchairs, and a low table where you can stop and chat, have an aperitif or a cocktail. The outdoor solarium, all around the pool, will instead give you the ideal space to indulge in regenerating sunbathing.

Even the interiors of Villa Sarabella are all to be enjoyed with the living room furnished with a large sofa and a maxi screen TV, all equipped with air conditioning and home theater system and Dolby surround. The kitchen is also very practical, with a table for 8 people, which is equipped with a hob with induction plate, sink, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. In the sleeping area, you will find super cozy and large rooms. One of the bathrooms of the house is equipped with a 6-jet shower box with a hydromassage bathtub where you can have a sauna, Turkish bath, ozone therapy, chromotherapy, aromatherapy using the computerized touch screen system for managing temperature, radio and telephone. The other bathroom has a hydromassage shower.

All rooms are equipped with smart TV, ceiling fan, and air conditioning to meet every kind of request and need. The location of the villa is unique, a stone's throw away from Alberobello, a strategic point for trips between Matera and Polignano. The property also has private parking.

About the Location

Italy, Puglia, Bari Area

The Bari Area, which dominates the middle part of Puglia and houses the regional capital to the north, is the most populous in the region. In the north of the area, there are a few more major cities, such as Bitonto and Corato, which are both known for their olive oil production. The Itria Valley, located farther south, is known for its unusual conical-shaped trulli houses that dot the landscape. Alberobello, a village constructed up of 1400 trulli and another UNESCO World Heritage Site in Puglia, is located nearby. The Murgia hills, albeit only reaching 700 meters at their highest point, dominate the inland landscape of Bari area, which is flat near the Adriatic coast. This contains the National Park of Alta Murgia.

Bari has around a day's worth of sightseeing if you want to go deep into the city, have a lengthy lunch, and visit the local art gallery. If you just have a few hours, Vecchia Bari - Old Bari - and the town's highlights may be seen in a couple of hours. The fascinating parts of town are all walkable, but if you grow tired of walking through the newer car-filled streets, you can take one of the local buses. The bones of St Nicholas (aka Santa Claus) are kept at the Basilica di San Nicola in the old town, and an interesting archaeological museum is hidden within Bari's medieval bastions. There is excellent seafood and a thriving street food scene for visiting foodies.

Sleepy whitewashed villages, olive trees, splendid cuisine, and crystal clear sea, Puglia is a heaven on earth destination in the Deep South of Italy. Puglia is a less tourist destination than the overcrowded Tuscany, Venice, and Rome, making it an ideal destination for carefree holidays and an ideal destination to practice your skills in Italian since few people speak English. For the food lovers, Puglia is the favorite region in Italy for eating, patters of marinated and grilled vegetables, cheeses and of course homemade pasta are only some of the dishes you have to taste. Go to the beautiful hobbit-like Alberobello, at the labyrinth streets of Locorotondo and Ostuni, or the gorgeous towns of Otranto and Gallipolli next to the sea. Visit a fortified farmhouse or else masserrie and see how they produce olive oil, wine vegetables, and cheeses, it is an over the top experience. Don’t forget to enjoy the sun's powdery sand, and swim in the crystal clear waters at the beautiful Puglia's coastline.

The birthplace of the Roman Empire and Renaissance, Italy, showcases many of the world’s greatest artworks, architectural buildings and over the top gastronomical proposals. This is the country where the word “style” expresses the whole nation. Italy has more Unesco World Heritage cultural sites than any other country; among them are Botticelli’s Birth of Venus and Primavera, Michelangelo’s David and Sistine Chapel and da Vinci’s The Last Supper.
