On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (with all electrical appliances, kitchenware, and kitchenette), breakfast stand with seating, Indoor living room with Flat TV with up to 200 channels, bedroom with large double bed, en-suite bathroom, and balcony, bedroom with large double bed, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool & garden.
The first Bedroom was created to be accessible, in order to be used by individuals who are not comfortable with using stairs daily or have a mobility issue or a Disability. It has a large double bed and a private spacious en-suite bathroom, suitable for use for Individuals with disabilities.
On the First Floor, there is a Bedroom with a large double bed, main bathroom, bedroom with a new Loft Design, and one or two single beds upon request.
Outside the villa has a large private outdoor space, with a private patio and a private pool, there is a big outdoor dining area with a dining table, dining couch, and armchairs with plenty of shadows, private sunbeds, umbrellas, coffee tables, and lounge furniture next to the private pool, private barbeque, private parking slots for safe parking, private entrance, private door.
Pefkochori beach is located 68km south of Poligiros, the capital of Halkidiki and 80km from Thessaloniki. It is a dreamy beach with emerald waters and light colored sand. Pefkochori includes great tourist facilities and is a lovely beach resort that gets very busy during the high season. It is an ideal destination for the nature lovers and it includes some nice spots such as the nearby beach of Pagliouri. Families much prefer Pefkochori because of its clean and clear waters. The waterfront of Pefkochori is dotted with nice taverns and terrace cafes overlooking the sea. Pefkohori beach offers many snorkeling sites to enjoy its lively sunbed.
Halkidiki is the most popular tourist destination in northern Greece. It is a peninsula divided into three smaller parts, known as the three legs of Halkidiki. The first leg and most popular one is Kassandra with plenty of tourist resorts and organized beaches. The second peninsula is Sithonia, with less organized resorts and more secluded coves. The third peninsula, Mount Athos, is a nearby monastic community where entrance is allowed only to men and after special permission. Very interesting is a boat trip from Ouranoupolis that makes the tour of Mount Athos, a region with lovely beaches and impressive Byzantine monasteries. It was a fully equipped and very spacious house, with bright and airy style that makes you feel like home! We loved the direct access to the seaside and the lack of stress to find sunbeds, as we got our private ones, available for us anytime. We enjoyed the sea-view from our Villa and also the direct access to the very big Swimming Pool of the complex! A huge thanks to all the members of the amazing W people, who were always the most welcoming and helpful with everything! We certainly will see you soon!
