Paliouri is a traditional village in the south of Kassandra, Halkidiki, embraced by lush green. Although it isn’t a coastal settlement, it is just a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches. The settlement displays 19th-century architecture and one can wander during the sunset around its picturesque cobbled alleys and enjoy its magnificence. The region is famous for its high-quality olive oil and honey production.
Surrounded by hills adorned with pine forest, Paliouri is an excellent choice for hiking lovers. Around two kilometers to the southeast, there is the marvelous beach of Chrouso.
