Each of the six independent villas has a total area of 120 square meters, divided into two levels. At the first level, the ground floor stretches as a single space for the living room, dining room, and kitchen, designed to make you feel at home. The space is equipped with both air conditioning and a fireplace for comfortable and enjoyable hospitality. In the kitchen, you will find full equipment for all your needs. The highly aesthetic design and the professional decoration intend to give your stay hints of relaxation and luxury at the same time. At the first level, there is also a bedroom able to accommodate up to two persons with a double or two single beds and a WC. If you go upstairs you will find two more bedrooms with a total capacity of 4 persons, as well as a WC with a bathtub.
Let yourself relax by taking your morning coffee on the balcony of the first floor, with the musical accompaniment of the nightingales and the amazing views over the blue waters of Kassandra. Enjoy moments of family happiness and fun in our privately-owned wooden playground. Challenge yourself in cooking competitions in our outdoor roofed gazebo (kiosk) equipped with a kitchen and barbecue. As part of the safe and comfortable accommodation that villas offer, all the facilities, garden, playground, and outdoor barbecue are fenced in a privately-owned area with a sliding security door.
Haniotis is a lovely holiday resort, located 64km southeast of Poligiros, the main town of Halkidiki, in the eastern part of the peninsula of Kassandra and is most popular with couples and families. It displays a lengthy beach with clear and warm turquoise waters, attracting many tourists every summer. It is a partly organized beach with sea beds and tourist amenities and it involves white sand and emerald waters that give out a sense of the Caribbean. Since it is just partly organized one can easily find more secluded spots to relax. The coast is dotted with tourist facilities and plenty of water sports options. Around Haniotis there are several fresh fish taverns and nice cafes. There are vast forests in the mountains near Haniotis, that provide great views and farmlands are found along the coast.
Halkidiki is the most popular tourist destination in northern Greece. It is a peninsula divided into three smaller parts, known as the three legs of Halkidiki. The first leg and most popular one is Kassandra with plenty of tourist resorts and organized beaches. The second peninsula is Sithonia, with less organized resorts and more secluded coves. The third peninsula, Mount Athos, is a nearby monastic community where entrance is allowed only to men and after special permission. Very interesting is a boat trip from Ouranoupolis that makes the tour of Mount Athos, a region with lovely beaches and impressive Byzantine monasteries. Halkidiki has among the best-developed beach resorts and tourist facilities of Greece and amazing summer nightlife with beach parties, thus attracting young crowds as well.

I am so impressed how beautiful and clean the Villa was ,we got a beautiful gift when we arrived at the Villa the staff was super friendly and very welcome!! the villa inside has everything you need !! the cleaning staff very amazing too always clean like the pool too ,the pool cleaner came every morning to clean it !
