Villa Natura 2 is a modern, stylish, and comfortable house of 45,00 square meters, can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for those who want to enjoy the peace and tranquility of nature on a cosmopolitan Greek island. It has 1 bedroom on the first floor, the ground floor has a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining area, and living room. Finally, it has a Jacuzzi for exclusive use only.
In Villa Natura 2 guests can enjoy a lovely early morning walking on our land plot, collecting fresh fruits and nuts (figs, pomegranates, grapes, oranges, lemons e.t.c.) or relax and enjoy their breakfast at the elevated stone porch near the jacuzzi. Alternatively, they can jog along the country road and the narrow streets of the area nearby nature reaching the famous “Koukla” Beach (2 km far), walk to explore the green and piney hill of Lithakia.
The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen (with ceramic cooking plates, microwave oven, fridge, all the cooking and eating utensil, and a dining area), a living room (it has among others a sofa bed, which opens out into a double bed), a LED Flatscreen smart 3D TV, and comfortable modern bathroom. The place is air-conditioned. Outside there is a paved yard with a jacuzzi for exclusive- private use. There, you can relax day and night, having dinner with friends or family and make your nights memorable.
The first floor 14m2 has a bedroom fully equipped with a double bed and a big closet with an unparalleled view to the famous Marathonisi Island (Turtle Island), the sea, and the green plain with the pomegranates, the olive trees, and the other fruit trees. In the veranda late in the afternoon, you can relax on the elevated porch or in the jacuzzi, sitting around with friends or family, enjoying your drink and the unparalleled view. It is also an ideal place to absorb the sunrise and the full moon shining on the sea, just sitting on your porch or even on your couch inside the house.
Lithakia is a picturesque village in the southern part of the island of Zakynthos. It is situated at the foot of low hills, about 2km from the sea coast, displaying great views of the Ionian Sea. Its prime location just 3km west of the most vibrant village of Laganas, where all the fun and nightlife takes place, makes it an ideal destination for those who want to combine at their own time a tranquil place with a cosmopolitan option nearby. Lithakia is also at a distance of 5 km southeast of Machairado and 9 km southwest of Zakynthos Town. The village suffered great damage from the 1953 Ionian earthquake.

The communication and organization with Marita was just perfect! If you fly to Zakynthos go to one of her villas! The villa was very clean and beautiful! We had peace and quiet were within a few minutes in the city. Marita was always there for you if you needed something. Thanks for that and hope to see you soon!

We had an overall lovely stay at the villa. It was quiet and we had a peaceful getaway, however without a mode of transport the shops and restaurants are a fair way away. The hot tub is lovely however please note if you use it you aren’t allowed suncream in it which we weren’t aware of at the time and didn’t mean to offend the owners but the sun is on it most of the day so can only use it in the evening late afternoon. The hosts were lovely and very Accomidating for us they let us check in early which was greatly appreciated and very generous of them. Lastly as a lot of places in Greece there are stray cats so just worth a mention if you are allergic there are stray cats that roam around the outside of the villa! We had a lovely stay and would come back again!
Upon arrival we were welcomed by Marita's mother and she explained everything very well and gave us some directions to shops around the area and things to do. During our stay the jaccuzi that came with the villa was very welcome. It helped cool you off during the hot days. The airco inside did the rest during the night making our entire stay very comfortable. The Villa is a perfect getaway, situated in a pretty private area a little away from other houses. The occasional neighbour will walk or ride in the adjacent fields. The cats around the place were the cherry on top for us. We loved having them around, so be sure to feed them as the local rescue centres advise! Some fresh water is especially helpfull in the hot summers.
