Lithakia is a picturesque village in the southern part of the island of Zakynthos. It is situated at the foot of low hills, about 2km from the sea coast, displaying great views of the Ionian Sea. Its prime location just 3km west of the most vibrant village of Laganas, where all the fun and nightlife takes place, makes it an ideal destination for those who want to combine at their own time a tranquil place with a cosmopolitan option nearby. Lithakia is also at a distance of 5 km southeast of Machairado and 9 km southwest of Zakynthos Town. The village suffered great damage from the 1953 Ionian earthquake.

Everything was more then perfect ! We enjoyed every minute ! The villa was very clean with everything you need ! Was very quiet and peaceful ! The hot tub was the best think ever ???????????? THE HOST WAS VERY POLITE AND THEY HELLPT US WITH EVERYTHING WE NEDED ON OUR STAY ! At the end off our Holliday we felt sorry to go! We will come back next year ! Thank you very much VILLA ANNASET
The house is much bigger than it seems in the pictures. Jacuzzi is great after hot day! Big, well equipped kitchen, good WiFi, barbecue oven and more. Location is great - secluded from tourist but close to the beach, restaurants, grocery shop etc. Everything was really perfect.
