Kookis Villas consists of 7 newly built full furnished residences with a private pool, and a central building on the ground floor, which contains the reception area and bar.
Each residence has a private pool, a ground, and the first floor and can house 5 or 6 people. The ground floor is made up of a bedroom with a double bed, sitting room kitchen, television, and bath. The first floor is made up of one bedroom with two single beds and a W.C.
Each villa is supplied with a welcome hamper on arrival and toiletries, slippers, and beach towels are also provided. Kookis Villas offers room service and you can arrange for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be served in your villa. All visitors to Kookis Villas can expect a high level of service, politeness and superb facilities including free transfers to and from the airport, internet and fax services, air-conditioning, satellite tv, safety deposit boxes, DVD player, swimming pools, snack bar, reception area and much more to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one.
Keri village is located 21km southwest of Zakynthos Town, on the top of a green hill. It is a tranquil, picturesque village that has maintained its traditional character and architecture with many stone houses and narrow cobbled streets. The central square of Keri opens up to stunning views of the Ionian Sea. The village has been almost intact by tourism, so it hosts just a couple of cafes. Panagia Keriotissa is the main church of the village with an impressive bell tower and an icon that locals believe it to have miraculous powers. There is a boat connection to the island of Marathonisi and the sea caves of Zakynthos. The main port of Keri is Limni, only 5 km from the village and the main beach gets quite crowded due to its small size where there is also a diving center.
