It is a traditional 2floor house with a large garden of 2,000m2, which is surrounded by thick greenery ensuring your privacy. On the 1st floor, there is a spacious living room with the dining room and the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. From the balcony, you can enjoy the marvelous view of Laganas bay. On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms and a playroom gym. They all have en-suite bathrooms, an independent entrance, and a balcony.
At the exterior grounds of which a 600m2 area is covered with lawn, are located the swimming pool and the patio with the characteristic traditional tile roof. The patio provides a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, BBQ, and bathroom.
Lithakia is a picturesque village in the southern part of the island of Zakynthos. It is situated at the foot of low hills, about 2km from the sea coast, displaying great views of the Ionian Sea. Its prime location just 3km west of the most vibrant village of Laganas, where all the fun and nightlife takes place, makes it an ideal destination for those who want to combine at their own time a tranquil place with a cosmopolitan option nearby. Lithakia is also at a distance of 5 km southeast of Machairado and 9 km southwest of Zakynthos Town. The village suffered great damage from the 1953 Ionian earthquake.
