In Villa Natura Zante guests can enjoy a lovely early morning walking on our land plot, collecting fresh fruits and nuts (figs, pomegranates, grapes, oranges, lemons e.t.c.) or relax and enjoy their breakfast under the shadow of the mulberry. Even better, you can enjoy the private swimming pool instead of going to the beach. Alternatively, they can jog along the country road and the narrow streets of the area nearby nature reaching the famous “Koukla” Beach (2 km far), walk or use mountain bikes to explore the green and piney hill of Lithakia.
Villa Natura is located in a transportation hub in the community of “Lithakia” from where you can easily access the coastal part of the island with its famous and crowded beaches (‘’Lagana’s Bay”, “Limni-Keri ”, “Koukla”, “Kalamaki”, “Ag. Sostis” etc.), as well as the mountainous part of Zakynthos with the wild nature beauty and its isolated beaches.
Perfect position on the National Road of Zakynthos-Keri, close to Zakynthos Town (9 km away) and the Airport (7 km). It is located seafront in a relaxing area,10 minutes from the beaches (“Koukla”, “Ag. Sostis”, “Cameo Island” e.t.c.) Great choice for families and couples, but also ideal for young people, who want to enjoy nightlife.
Ground Floor
The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen (with ceramic cooking plates, microwave oven, fridge, all the cooking and eating utensil,s and a dining area), a living room (it has among others a sofa bed, which opens out into two single beds), a LED Flatscreen smart 3D TV, a bedroom fully equipped (double bed in king size), a big two-tribe closet all dressed with mirror and a bathroom with hydro-massage style. The place is air-conditioned.
Outside there is a paved yard with two big palm trees and mulberry. There, you can relax day and night, having dinner with friends or family and make your nights memorable. It is also equipped with an outdoor big stone sink.
First Floor
The first floor includes a big, lounge and fully bright living room with two large couches, a lovely fireplace and a LED Flatscreen TV and overlooks the famous Marathonisi Island (Turtle Island). It has 3 bedrooms. The pink and the green one have one single bed and one storey bed (bunk) it’s one. The third one, has one double bed in king size and a breathtaking view. It’s one has its own big closet and all of them are air-conditioned. It also has a fully equipped kitchen (with ceramic cooking plates, a fridge, all the cooking and eating utensil and a dining area), a bathroom and a verandah, 60m2, with an unparalleled view to the famous Marathonisi Island (Turtle Island), the sea and the green plain with the pomegranates, the olive trees and the other fruit trees.
In the veranda late at afternoon, you can relax on bamboo furnishings, sitting around with friends or family, enjoying your drink and the unparalleled view. It is also an ideal place to absorb the sunrise and the full moon shining on the sea, just sitting on your balcony or even on your coach inside the house.
Lithakia is a picturesque village in the southern part of the island of Zakynthos. It is situated at the foot of low hills, about 2km from the sea coast, displaying great views of the Ionian Sea. Its prime location just 3km west of the most vibrant village of Laganas, where all the fun and nightlife takes place, makes it an ideal destination for those who want to combine at their own time a tranquil place with a cosmopolitan option nearby. Lithakia is also at a distance of 5 km southeast of Machairado and 9 km southwest of Zakynthos Town. The village suffered great damage from the 1953 Ionian earthquake.

Fantastic Villa with the most amazing views. Marita's Mum is wonderful, the pool doesn't need heating, gives a Nice relief when the sun has been beating on you, although you can enjoy the shade from the beautiful trees around you. Plenty of space in two fridges to keep your drinks cold and such a choice of places to relax and enjoy, inside and out, day or night. Close enough to mini markets and bakery to not need a car, and only 15 minutes walk from Dennis Tavern, a fantastic restaurant with amazing food, staff and service, and SO cheap. We will recommend this villa and location to all friends and family, particularly the trip to Turtle Island that can be seen from the Villa.

We had a great holiday at this villa, great views, comfortable beds, you definitely need a car as lots to see on the island. Taxis are a little expensive but Marita our host was very helpful sorting bookings for us. Favourite restaurants Aperito resto bar and Cave Damianos , stunning food and views. Spiral stairs probably not good for under 5’s, two levels gives more privacy with a large group. Use George at sea gems for a private boat as great day out and you will see lots of the island
A lovely villa with beautiful views over the olive groves to the sea. The host, Marita’s mum was very welcoming and helpful. While we were there there was a serious storm/typhoon (this is very unusual so don’t be put off) and a power cut. Marita’s mum braved the strong winds and rain to ensure we were safe and had everything we needed - much appreciated. You definitely need a car as it is quite isolated although there are some good restaurants and lovely beaches within a few minutes drive. I would highly recommend Villa Natura.
We all had a great time at villa natura, the view was beautiful and you can pick fresh fruit from the surrounding trees for our GnTs and breakfast in the morning! The swimming pool was great as we had some floats to play on. Would definitely come back!

Just returned from a 2 week holiday at villa Natura and what a fantastic time we had. We were warmly greeted by Marita upon our arrival and welcomed with coffee and fresh peaches and figs from her orchard which were delicious.
The villa is in a superb location 15 minutes drive from the airport and within easy reach of supermarkets, tavernas and beaches.
The villa is very spacious and equipped with all the facilities and amenities that you require. It was spotlessly clean and bed linen and towels changed regularly during our stay. The pool was wonderful and the rattan sun beds with comfy cushions made sun bathing a pleasure.
There are stunning views from the ground floor and also the veranda of the sea and "Turtle Island".
I would highly recommend a holiday here as it's a great villa with very caring owners who make sure that you have all you need to ensure you have a fantastic stay.
We have only been home 1 day and are missing it already.
We were two families traveling together (5 adults and 5 children) and needless to say we were super excited to see and visit Zakynthos.
To say we were satisfied and extremely happy and that all our expectations were met is a massive understatement! And, when we arrived and saw the unexpected sight of a beautiful serene swimming pool, we couldn't believe our eyes. Definitely the cherry on the top!
Marita and her mum are fantastic hosts and tried their best to accommodate all our wishes, even when we asked for a cake tin to bake a birthday cake!
When we were not in the pool, we spent late evenings sitting on the porch admiring beautiful Zakynthos and the stunning views from the veranda.
The villa is super neat and clean, everything with definite modern finishing touches. The 4 bedrooms accommodated all of us comfortably and the air conditioners a great asset. After spending the day on the beaches we literally couldn't wait to get "home"!
