The estate itself has a rich history, over the past 200 years, of local grape variety production from which some of the most delicious Zakynthian wines are still made in traditional ways. In our village, our national poet, Dionysios Solomos - who is one of the most important poets in the world - inspired some of his most famous erotic poems. The environment in the estate is idyllic, the view to the surroundings simply wonderful and the climate very friendly to the visitor. The architecture of Villa Anastasia is fully in line with that of the traditional, manor houses of noblemen of the past centuries, enriched with all the modern comforts. The villa is newly built, fully renovated, furnished with new modern furniture, and air-conditioned with the most modern equipment.
Villa Anastasia is spread in three levels, consisting in total of 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with a capacity of up to 14 guests, offers a great variety of facilities and plenty of entertainment choices. The villa has its own independent, gorgeous infinity 120sqm pool with open-air hydro-massage. Next to the pool a large roofed BBQ is built, with dining tables for 14 persons.
Agios Kirikos is located on the eastern part of Zante, approximately 11km from Laganas, which boasts a vibrant nightlife scene and a cosmopolitan character. The settlement of Agios Kiriakos is conveniently located 10km from the airport and is close to all amenities and sights. The landmark of the island, the famous Shipwreck beach is a 40-minute drive.
