The villas have been built with great attention and emphasis to detail. The colors are in complete harmony with the greenery of the surrounding trees and the blue of the sea and are characterized by simplicity and the high quality of the materials used. The surroundings are really exquisite, with a view of Keri Lake and the beautiful, green island of Marathonisi. The complete independence of each villa, the subtle luxury, and the quiet nature are ideal for relaxing walks and swimming in the clear blue sea.
The traditional stone-built Lofos Villa has its own private swimming pool as well as a unique panoramic view of the entire gulf of Laganas. It is situated in a private area and consists of a ground floor and an attic. It measures a total of 120m2. The VIlla has 3 double bedrooms, two living rooms with three couches that convert to beds in total, two kitchens, and three bathrooms. Outside you will find a garden and a private swimming pool with sun loungers and an umbrella.
The ground floor can host up to four people. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom), a Jacuzzi, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a veranda. The attic can host up to 3 people. It's an open-plan space with a small bar-style kitchenette, with a fridge, sink, and coffee facilities to prepare light meals. The attic also has its own bathroom, living room area, and a private veranda.
Keri village is located 21km southwest of Zakynthos Town, on the top of a green hill. It is a tranquil, picturesque village that has maintained its traditional character and architecture with many stone houses and narrow cobbled streets. The central square of Keri opens up to stunning views of the Ionian Sea. The village has been almost intact by tourism, so it hosts just a couple of cafes. Panagia Keriotissa is the main church of the village with an impressive bell tower and an icon that locals believe it to have miraculous powers. There is a boat connection to the island of Marathonisi and the sea caves of Zakynthos. The main port of Keri is Limni, only 5 km from the village and the main beach gets quite crowded due to its small size where there is also a diving center.
